@SpaceHoppa in essence I agree with you but IMHO If Sam sat on his hands
and simply waited for the SP to go north, then he would be failing in his duties
as CEO. I envisage that some form if risk analysis would lead to some form of
Funding. Agreed PI’s getting in now stand to profit but those who hold at high
Averages are at risk of serious dilution.
AIM is a betting shop with No interest in shareholders.

Amongst the possible topics: Private placing; more shares awarded to BOD ?

So I’m wondering what Sam’s next steps will be ?

If the OM award hasn’t happened by the AGM then I could see the BOD putting
In place a mechanism to raise funds ‘just in case’.

That ‘May’ include a private placing that devalues PI current holdings significantly.

I suspect no notification to Shareholders would be required for this private placing.

Anyone confirm if that is so ?

Simply a case of different types of holders. AIM seems to be loaded against
‘Real’ holders of shares like Godders .

Maybe the answer is: If you can beat the short term, betting fraternity such As CitizenSmith and Falky simply betting on whether the share goes up or down is maybe the only way to make money.

Either way Sam doesn’t care, he just allocated himself more shares?

Maybe that’s why PIs are seeing the light. Sam will simply raised new equity and all current holders are stuffed.
