Ovets, fair enough. Just one example is that the last farmout RKH have learned their lesson and included a buy back clause if FID not granted. If that had been done w would NOT have been tied to Permier for so long. I do accept your comments about FIG but my point is than Sam is paid to manage RKH, others are paid to manage FIG or Premier.

Sam must accept his portion of blame as each of us must do for allowing him to be unapposed for so long at AGMs. He is not indispensable although I agree to change him now would perhaps be unwise.

Ovets, I agree, it should have no bearing but somehow I can’t help but think that something can go wrong … it will and generally because Sam has not covered that risk /scenario.

Assuming there is yet another delay of 60 days then what impact, if any, will this have on Navitas fundraising ?

And secondly could Navitas ‘malinger’ to possibly add pressure to RKH and FIG ??

Seems about right SecretBlueprint but even is there is ONE dissenting view, then after the sole view is submitted and registered, causing a delay, the process then concludes with a 2 vs 1 Decision irrespective ?

I guess my frustration stems from the thought that IF Sam had managed the risk of OM settlement being delayed and NOT been stung by Premier for many unexplained costs, NOT tied us to a sinking ship like Premier without contractual blackout clauses then RKH would NOT have needed to raise funds.

Poor management in my opinion.

And meanwhile Sam rakes in his salary on the back of raising funds and the consequent suppression of the SP by Mr Market who doesn’t believe a word.

SpaceHoppa … agreed SP is based upon confidence and setting the Offer SP ‘may’ well have been in the BoD mind but they would have taken on board the thought that setting the Offer SP too high May well have damaged that confidence AND resulted in less money being raised.

Many on here know my opinion of Sam’s management capabilities and that decision may wel the ONLY time in 10 years that the SP has formed a remote portion of his thinking. On the other hand … the more money they raise … the longer their noses are in the trough.

Whilst waiting for the next news on RKH, the old advice of sell on news comes to mind.

And also why the BoD set the offer price at 7p ? I know that is ‘roughly’ what Mr Market has as the value but wondering what would have happened if they had set it at … say 9p ?

Not as much take up and thus a risk but it would have given the a better indication of what the market thought of their chances of success ?

Maybe I should stop thinking and go back to waiting.

The days of £4.32 SP are long gone … @ £1 many here will long gone … ie sold out or passed away !!

Ovets … I agree with you. I’m desperately trying to understand WHY it is being held at 7p if Large Institutions have bought in.

My thinking is that those large institutions are NOT yet convinced by Navitas arrival or the mythical OM award but they were happy to buy shares in order to get warrants. I believe they are unloading those 7p shares to PIs as we speak, slowly but surely and reducing their risk as they do, know that any time before Dec 2023 they can take up warrants if the SP takes of.

Agree Sam doesn’t care, it keeps his nose in the trough a while longer.

Covgaz I’m just raising it as a possibility … a very distinct possibility.

Cubane1… let’s see how long it stops at 7p or under in the absence of news.

I think the point is that in the a background LARGE take up of shares at 7p has happened just to qualify for the 9p warrants. If the act of holding a large number of shares at 7p also is considered risky then I can see large holders selling their 7p shares for what they paid … no risk for them but until those shares are sold to unsuspecting PIs … the SP will stay at this level until a news event.

It would not surprise me to see a lower price then as profit takers emerge selling off placing shares and warrants. Depends how good the news is I guess ?
