I shall now be leaving this forum the personal threats have become too much.
Pure and simple
Couldn’t see anything new on the Navitas site but did see this in the 2023 Annual Report page 68.
“RKH’s voting rights over operations pertaining to Phase A of the development of the Sea-Lion discovery will be fully assigned to Navitas UK by the FID, and at the rate of 2/3 after the FID, until the entire loan is repaid or until the loan agreement iscc CD terminated , except regarding the issues excluded specifically.
Both loans shall be repaid from 85% of RKH’s free cash flow from Phase A of the development of the Sea-Lion discovery. Moreover, RKH will be limited in its ability to raise capital for objectives that do not serve development of the Oil Asset and/or that impede its financial capability.
Pedantic and I could continue but your point is not worth pursuing. I wish you luck in the Dull Men’s Club.
Mogger does good work agree but again you guys jump to pre-conceived conclusions without thinking. My point is tha Daihatsu does NOT speak for me.
Once again, thanks, Mogger.
You think incorrectly then Daihatsu
Wonder if they’ve had any applications ?

Seems to me that LSE regularly show the Current SP incorrectly … currently 12.4p
The last transaction at the SP 12.4p was at 09:19:37 this morning for 704 shares at a value of £87.30 and is listed as an Automatic trade.
Since that time NO SHARES have changed hands at that price of below. In fact have been above that 12.4p level but Ordinary trades.
Am I
@MattCollins … thanks appreciate your response.
@pre2rcd Thanks for the info but I’ m not convinced that it is quite ‘taking a position’. Perhaps ‘taking a profit’ would be more accurate, say at 13p ?
Patience with RKH is hard.
@CitizenTS … doesn’t answer the question.
Visceral reply as usual.
Buy on rumour sell on news ?
Seems news is only news when given by RNS.
The disconnected SP is bizarre and no one here is worried by it ?
Simply not in Sam’s management style to micro- manage but then again what else has he to do now except wait for Navitas to produce the oil ?
Gracious RKH don’t even sound interested in getting the news of impending FID and further drilling out to potential investors.
Agreed … here we are nearing the end of Q1 and radio silence …
@Cheeky … point taken but as I’ve said before such comments would carry more weight if you announced the number of shares you were selling BEFORE you sold them 56,789 for example.
A minor point but well done on taking profit, not many can say that with RKH.
@Auson … agreed it could well be. Guess it depends upon personal circumstances for PIs. Anyone’s guess what is in the mind of the RKH BoD in respect of their dealings with Institutional investors. There doesn’t seem to be a pattern apart from lack of information.
Patience I guess is the watchword. Remember everyone, as Keynes said: ‘ markets can stay irrational longer than you can stay solvent ‘
Guess I’ll go update my Will
Been at 13p a while now as the news vacuum grows.
Is there something in the background ie new partners to whom the 13p level is important or perhaps has already been agreed as an entry point for a 3rd party.
Purely conspiracy thoughts born out of boredom but nothing would surprise about RKH management.
Now that is impressive Oscar !!
Went down at 10:00am to 100,000 @12.5p
Interesting that the L2 Bid hasn’t changed all day
07:51 4,350 13
07:51 4,600. 13
And in fact at
