Perhaps an Investors meeting ? I do as agree he ‘should’ be so busy that as t he doesn’t have time to interact with PIs but after 10 years I have formulated an opinion of his management style.

Keith Lough comes across as very uncompromising and recent Southern Water criticism received short shrift and I’m disappointed in their poor approach to Pi’s generally.

Having said that, after 10 years, we should recognise a leopard can’t change it spots.

Sam has his retirement guaranteed at our expense.
