Like I’ve always said, whilst we continue to pay Sam £250k per year and ALLOW him to continue trying then It our own fault. The solution is is our own hands. Either we get out of RKH or put Sam out of RKH.

In my mind the investment I made in RKH is lost.
After 10 years of waiting if there is no progress then my name will go forward for an EGM to get Sam removed.

I’m sure Sam’s hands are tied by what he can say but I feel sure FIG was a major subject of discussion and wouldn’t be surprised to hear that other FIG docs need updating. Add to that the possibility of Navitas having found another partner and you can understand that he ‘May’ we’ll have his hands full.

Understand that but if Sam hasn’t managed Funding in 10 years and presumably RBL was on his list when Oil price was this high 10 years ago, then Mr Market thinks it ain’t ever going to happen.

Do agree Navitas is the last chance saloon but I have NO confidence in Sam’s abilities on past performance. Fully expect more delays.

Let me pose a question:

IF the end of March arrives with an RNS that says further discussions with FIG/Navitas are ongoing, then what would be Mr Market’s reaction ?

Surely Reserves Based Lending would only apply IF and when FIG agree the oil can be extracted ?

Sam seems VERY particular on what is considered any event that ‘does or does not’ require an RNS.

Would additional communications with the Court since Xmas be notifiable ?

Suspect not since Sam would simply consider it normal. He wouldn’t know it was a delay … yet ?

But I think it fair to say I don’t think he can deliver. He hasn’t done so thus far and it’s true to say neither Godders or myself think he can.

I will certainly TRY not to swamp the Board with negative comments on Sam’s lack of ability to do anything positive for the RKH share price yet happily takes a huge salary out of the company.

Is this simply Sam’s incompetence compounded by the Market’s view of the chances of success or it is also some Fund holding down / hoovering up shares as the like the ration of risk to reward ?

All I know is Sam is one of the very few who are making any progress ie his bank account … no one else is.

Do agree with your thoughts LTT. Can’t think of any reason WHY Sam would want to delay but that’s what has been said for the last 10 years and Each time something outside of his control delays all

We all need to be careful of what we say on this board. RKH directors have access to this board and I wouldn’t be surprised to hear that such data has been used to stifle complaints against the BOD if they cross legal boundaries.

Sadly we have a CEO, supported by a Chairman, that know the ropes in terms of managing an AIM Company and how to protect themselves and ensure their salary is maintained.
