I do understand Sam’s position but surely the subject and impact of FIG Tax is not NEW to Sam after 10 years ?
If he hasn’t cracked it now then perhaps the FIG don’t want it cracked?

Ok so in the light of Sam kicking the can down the road ‘yet again’, a slow drift back down to approx 5p ‘May’ occur and then rise in last week of March as the betting fraternity chance their arm and it comes back to same level.

Yes it ‘May’ jump at news from Navitas but just can’t see Sam pulling it off. He’ll find another excuse …

And pray what has Sam done that benefits any RKH shareholder that a plank of wood could not have achieved ?

Fairly obvious that Sam has no concerns about the current share price. After all we’re only shareholders, why should it matter to us … ??

Maybe it will be a shares for Bonds … can’t see Sam getting any more cash from current investors with his present track record.

Giving away a HUGE percentage to Navitas is an option with saving his own neck being Sam’s priority.

The third alternative is just getting sold off … many of the long term holders would gladly accept 40p a share.

For my money I think the Fund raising will come first. Sam will be keen to ensure that his salary is still paid.

Simply question: with a Heads of Agreement Of Agreement signed, what is to prevent Navitas from dragging their heels knowing RKH are financially distressed?

End of Q1 is the response that Sam has given to many who have contacted himself since he returned - myself included.
