From Sam’s perspective I can understand he is pleased Navitas are still interested, he still collects his salary and whilst we still wait for OM award, the coffers are drawing fast and a Capital injection will be needed soon. Question is: Is that even possible in this eco-warrior climate ?

Get real. Sam’s head is so far in the trough he can’t even hear the protests of PIs. Nope for sure he will keep taking the money and blame us for not knowing that AIM is risky, for not knowing that he is incompetent etc etc

In ALL the time I have dealing with the RKH I have NEVER had any sense that the are the slightest bit interested in Shareholders knowing what WILL be done with the funds raised by shares sales. It seems they feel we are NOT entitled to know.

Better communication would help but even private communication direct just convinced me further that they are here for themselves ONLY …

I have long suspected that we were too late and have already written off my holdings. I am resigned to it and would rather see Sam and the BoD prevented from milking shareholders any more.

Vindictive … yes but gives me SOME satisfaction that I have at least done something rather than nothing.

And let’s face it, Sam has absolutely no reason to press HBR …. Just keep collecting the salary from RKH.

Is there any timeline on Navitas … none that I’m aware of so Sam has blindsided us all ??

I see the list of shareholders over 3% has been updated on the Company website:

Just curious as to whether there is ANY recourse for pursuance of BoD members on other levels, possibly criminal or civil if appropriate, for failures ?

Theron lies a big part of the problem. The BoD using information such a FI elections to sow a seed of doubt … “stick with us guy … nearly there !!”

Everything they touch they put a positive spin on that allows them to keep their noses in the trough and they don’t care a fig about PI losses.

Unfortunately, as my investment represents 3% value of what it was it was in 2012 then one can imagine I’m hacked off with Sam and the BoD.

Yes, I was too trusting naive and NOW recognise that AIM is a loaded dice. At this stage I have written off over £100k only to receive mere platitudes from Keith. Enough is enough. My target is now Sam … and the BoD to ensure they are never trusted in such positions again. They can either choose to work with us … or accept tge consequences.

I would be very happy to be part of a crowdfunding operation for that very purpose. Being over £100k down I’d happily donate another £1000 to have the satisfaction of finishing Sam’s and the BoD careers.

Anyone else fee the same way ?

Many will agree, many disagree but I have formulated the impression that the lack of response to our request for an Annual Meeting is just a delaying tactic. We may already be too late to prevent the BoD feathering their own nest further at shareholder expense ?

I agree Glen. One major reason I gave my consent to you venture was for this situation. I can foresee the BoD negotiating the cheap sale of the Company on poor terms 80/20 Navitas leaving shareholders with peanuts and somehow extracting rewards for the deal themselves alone or maybe via further share awards or maybe via Navitas shares / positions. We also need to consider how we can prevent that via a GM.

Thought Navitas option ran out on 30 Oct ?

Does Sam not realise that the Markets hate uncertainty ? If The Navitas deal is dead then we would already have been told IMHO.

Unless they are still in discussions and as usual we are the last to know while the BoD still get paid ?
