Sam doesn’t have a plan B and the market realises that and feeds into the valuation.

Short term profit makers also see that and jump on the bandwagon for a quick profit. Sam doesn’t have the skills to manage the situation. So he decided to do nothing … after all he still gets his salary.

Can’t ever see any company trusting him with a CEO post in the future.

With respect, Godders, it was our intention to force the BoD to act differently by recognising that the shareholders wanted a different approach ie preserving cash and thus share price. As I understand it, you voted with the BoD ?

Sorry Godders but you had an opportunity to make you views know via the AGM and you chose not to do so.

It has been out of the BoD hands for many years. Some would argue since the Farm Out to PMO. In such circumstances many are unhappy at the lack of any visible evidence of management attempts to move this forward. On a personal note, Sam has now resorted to responding to emails reminding all that this is AIM and it was always a risk.

I’m sure others agree that Sam should at least be SEEN to be making an effort. His silence and acceptance of a huge salary is just not good enough.

I suspect another view from shareholders is that , rightly or wrongly, they view support of the SP to be
part and parcel of a CEO’s function and responsibility. Sam obviously doesn’t think so hence contributing to market forces and RKH SP demise.

Not something they will make public especially to HBR. Sam won’t want to share the trough with anyone else.

Every PI agrees but unfortunately Sam doesn’t have the ability to think out of the box. A one trick pony.

The only good thing here is that our BoD are NOT the People making the decisions … it is totally in the hands of other people. Yet they still collect exorbitant salaries.

Time to start planning an EGM.

No chance of anything positive from this BoD. It is just one of many things holding the price down. The stranglehold that shareholders malaise has allowed the BoD to gain on this Company is a major reason the Market will not invest in RKH. After 10 years and no oil they have a VERY negative view of the BoD abilities.

Giving shareholders 3 days to put forward questions at the AGM is yet another demonstration of the BoD’s lack of alignment with shareholders. Not surprising Sam is afraid of facing the wrath of PIs directly.

The BoD whilst adhering to the Company rules have made our attempts to get our voice heard MUCH harder than it should be. From the manner in which they ‘released’ AGM notification added to their condescending responses to concerns, is absolutely disgraceful.

EQI have simply responded saying it has been passed to the relevant Department. I can feel a formal Complaint to the FOS being raised. Compensation ?

Do agree Muchaboutmoney but maybe some PI’s are in Financial Distress and forced to access whatever cash is left in their shares OR possibly PIs or accounts who have either passed away, lost account details etc . Is there a process for licating and dealing with these shares ?

Do they return to RKH or sold by the holding Agent ?
