People, I urge you to get your instructions to your Dealers ASAP. I feel sure that Sam will try to prevent this action by ANY legal means possible whether that be by giving the minimal notification of AGM or use of those votes NOT indicating intentions being counted AGAINST the Resolutions

Remember people the 5% required is NOT to vote Sam out but merely force through a resolution that forces him to reveal the Voting Results.
Unfortunately I don’t think we stand a chance of getting rid of Sam but that doesn’t mean we have to accept his mismanagement. If all we do is ensure that he never finds work again, then in my book we have succeeded.

HE can afford to wait ... they will be more interested in CURRENT oil production from North Sea and other ex-PMO assets. No reason to do anything about RKH. Why else do you think Sam is quiet ... he’s busy looking for his next free ride ?

So accepting we are all spineless losers who have been stupid enough to trust Sam, what can we do about it ?
From the last AGM we couldn’t even get him to quantify the number of votes against him. Presumably there are independent audits run on the Company affairs, does anyone know of a mechanism to force those figures to be released ? Maybe a separate Motion at the AGM itself ?

None at all really. He would simply say either one of two things: disclosure rules prevent me from saying; or AIM is a lottery. Either way he would continue to draw exhorbitant wages and at the AGM blame extenuating circumstances. He has to go.

Seems to me that Sam has no incentive to do anything ? He gets paid well ... minimal personal investment.
IMHO HE just ned to keep kicking the can down the road until RKH go under or FI Gov run out of patience.

Agreed it does seem strange. Can anyone with Level 2 assist or add to our understanding. Is there a large buy or sell order lurking or being used to keep us in this holding pattern or is it simply that the market has little appetite ? Sam’s radio silence stance in understandable but all of his recent replies, to any question I put to him, just tend to re-enforce his view that AIM is a betting shop and he is powerless to do anything. A far cry from pre-Premier farm out and RKH talk of applying for FTSE membership.
