The Market has spoken and looks like many PIs also.

The current SP is a direct reflection of the amount of confidence that both the Market and those OIs who realise they can buy shares cheaper now than warrants

It also ensures that Sam get overpaid for even longer ?

Just to make sure I understand but under 7p because the level of confidence from punters that RKH are on the cusp of something big and other non PIs and PIs who have exhausted their allocation are filling their boots ?

Be more convincing if there were Hedge Funds buying at this level but it is looking good nevertheless.

On a separate note, Maybe Sam isn’t worried about Option 8 after all I would imagine ALL of those

Ovets …. Like you I see it as a positive but can’t help think that it is Sam’s poor stewardship that put us in this situation.

Mark my words they will also award themselves HUGE bonuses / shares on FID or indeed OM.

Any one else note in the previous RNS:

Odd on certainty I would suggest.

Suggesting that it would then be considered a nailed on certainty is almost as misleading as Nigoil saying it will be £250 million ….

Actually DEM, I have and remember Sam getting all his slides mixed up.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. I accept that the BoD have a difficult job and could spend their lives micro managing this company. Part because they have failed to attract significant funds and are left with a PI heavy set of investors.

As a consequence Mr Market marches the price down.

Just re-read and realise there is no point …. Sam is one of those people that won’t listen.
It’s either his way or the highway.

Watch him collect a FAT bonus at the AGM.

They’ve always had the capability but chosen NOT to use it.

Sam’s lack of clarity isn’t helping him.

You either trust him based on his track record or you don’t.

Understand your concern, Godders. In the circumstances, the BoD can hardly be surprised.

One PI based revolt has already ‘gone underground’ after contacting the BoD.

All we ask is that you speak to us honestly, Sam.

LTT your thoughts on trying to prevent the pre-emptive AGM Resolution ?

All sensible words, LTT. So in essence you think that this AGM could well be a backup funding mechanism if OM award is small ?

So perhaps as many suspect, the reason that the SP lingers at these low level is that it is being held down on expectation of an agreed raising of funds via Shares at an agreed price around 8p ?

Why can Sam not simply be honest with us ?

The inclusion of the voting option on pre-emotive rights is interesting.

Simple question: is that obligatory and thus denotes they are preparing or is is something they didn’t need to do but have chosen to ?

Your view of RKH as a binary bet is just as valid, I agree.

Hindsight May well alter your perspective. I genuinely hope not but I don’t have anything to back up my hopes.

The market is rarely wrong.

The SP is what it is through a combination of a series of unfortunate Black Swan Events. Agreed most of which were out of Sam’s control but 10 years AFTER Sealion discovery a number of shareholders and the market still don’t RKH much chance of success as reflected by the SP. It’s a valid question to ask: If Mr Market has no confidence in the chances of success then what can be changed ?

The definition of insanity is very French defined as doing the same thing repetitively and expecting a different result.

Just my opinion but I don’t think Sam has the capability of turning it around .. ask Pierre Jungels, Dave Bodecott, Peter Clarke, Fiona Macaulay, Stewart Macdonald, Tim Bushell , Uncle Tom Cobley and all.
