Trinidad

· The Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") has been executed between T-Rex Resources Trinidad Limited ("T-Rex"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Predator Oil & Gas Holdings Plc, and the current third-party Trinidad partner for the assignment of a 16.2% interest in the Cory Moruga "E" Block. The assignment is subject to the Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries regulatory consent.

· Site clearance for the first well workover will start shortly. Quotes for a workover rig and perforating services have been received and are currently being reviewed. Contracts will be awarded shortly.

· Jacobin-1 will be re-entered first. Zones within a gross interval of 2,500 feet have been selected for perforating. A number of these zones are potentially at virgin reservoir pressure, which if confirmed may support higher than anticipated initial flow rates.

· Snowcap-1 will be the next well in the planned workover programme.

Interpreted legacy well and production test data are in agreement with potential recoverable oil estimates. There is a strong expectation that production can be restored at former levels following remedial downhole work.

Memorandum of Understanding signed with Afriquia Gaz S.A.

· 12-month exclusivity period to negotiate legally binding Gas Sales Agreement

· CNG to be purchased at the point of delivery of the gas to the CNG trailers

· Downstream transport and sale of gas to end user will be for Afriquia Gaz S.A.

· MOU facilitates increasing gas sales to up to 50 million cf/d

Predator Oil & Gas Holdings Plc (LSE: PRD), the Jersey based Oil and Gas Company with near-term gas operations focussed on Morocco, is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding in relation to Gas Sales and Collaboration Agreements (the "MOU") with Afriquia Gaz S.A. ("Afriquia" and together the "Parties").

Duration of the MOU is for one year commencing 27 November 2023.

‘ Cheers Wacky, another useful find- The market clearly hasn’t understood the significance of this article- since the Talsint affair, Morocco had been cautious in the extreme regarding any statements claiming gas finds in the country- there is no conceivable way that publishing this article would have been allowed without the prior approval of our business partners, ONHYM.

Unless SOU or SDX are sitting on something no one knows about, this gas has to be ours. CHAR and Europa are offshore and not likely to be producing anytime soon…’

An article in the Moroccan news dated 23/11/22, a day before the outstanding RN.

We know that the plan is to export the gas to, as stated Europe.

No one questioned wether the U.K. may receive any of this “Winter” Gas.

A very small mention in this Green Energy article.

Quite a bold statement considering we haven’t drilled MOU2 or MOU3 yet.

So it does make me wonder who made the phone call asking for large supplies of Morocco’s gas for export.
