‘Predator Oil & Gas Holdings Plc (LSE: PRD), the Jersey based Oil and Gas Company with near-term operations focussed on Morocco and Trinidad, is pleased to announce that it has signed an extension to the Company's 2022 rig contract for the use of the Star Valley Rig 101, which is currently available in Morocco.

The extension will facilitate, subject to regulatory approvals and consent, the drilling of the MOU-5 well to evaluate the 177km² Jurassic structural closure in a crestal location, the limit of which was penetrated in MOU-4 in 2023.

MOU-5 is expected to be drilled between 1 April to 31 May 2024 in order to avail of in-country well services that will remain following the completion of the Company's rigless testing programme, which is currently underway, thereby reducing mobilisation costs for well equipment and services.’

I had quite a few PMs after posting the 91Trillion cft post which quite often started with, have you taken leave of your sences, which I found rather amusing as it has been known for that very thing to occur.

So to appease my concerned Comrades with a little bit of evidence about the thickness of the Upper Jurrassic in Guercif of which we hopefully will be aiming for in Mou5, please see the below paper written by Fellows much more inteligent than I.

Ive known about this paper for a few years but was recently posted by our Kieth if Im not mistaken. (Thanks Kieth)

If you look at page 346 you will notice the depths of the Callovian Upper Jurassic formations taken from old wells drilled all over the Guercif Basin and from almost every well, the Jurassic sequence varies from @500m to over 1000m in Thickness.

If you look even closer at TAF-1X you will see that a sequence starts below the Marls and Clays at @1000m and extends downward for @800m.

Mou4 Jurassic started at (from 11th July RNs)

"The top Jurassic carbonate objective was reached at 1135 metres TVD MD, 253 metres deeper than the estimated depth pre-drill based on no well control."

Funny That, and at about the same depth also as the TAF-1X interval, which had gas shows, not brilliant because it was drilled off structure but never the less, Gas. (Im suggesting its all connected)(just like the Moulouya Fan)

So based on this Document and I am saying this tongue in cheek, if anyone thinks Paul and the Team are going after puddles instead of 800m Jurassic formations,

They need to give themselves a Shake.
