Good afternoon All, I have been losing sleep recently worrying about Graham. UK inflation is running at about 3%, so just to keep him whole, and particularly given the stellar job he's done for you all over the last year, I am really very concerned there isn't 720k gbp in the coffers to pay him this year. I am in the process of setting up a Just Giving funding page and will share the URL on here as soon as I have finalised. Please be generous, he needs 720k gbp minimum and I'm sure you all can help get it up to that level. Just look at the sp Adam. it's telling you that's exactly what they're doing, in fact it's likely to be the case that if that's all they were doing it would be less harmful. stop referring to things like the drills and implying there's actually something going there. they were supposed to be spudded in Q3 2025. they are not even being mentioned. the team have been so busy that nothing of value has been RNS'd for how long??!!

Sidi? Funding plan for green energy bs?) in the horizon. Past us a great guide to the future. It’s rounds and rounds of SH value destruction by share consolidation and share dilution. Explain this to me. Phase 1 provides no spare cash above G&G costs per Zeus, and that’s assuming it ever starts producing any gas at all. Where’s the money coming to pay down debt, invest in solar, helium or health crystals or whatever the latest loon idea the team have here? Let alone create SH value? With Phase 2 seemingly binned or delayed until 2030 in now in terms of cash flow at the earliest, there’s no compelling investment case here at all. You need a moment of realisation that you are truly utterly clueless and should consider posting a lot less about patience, hope etc etc. Share price is -55% in a week. You're correct - but the confusion / issue is that the % change does not have anything to do with the consolidation at all. it because SOU has not updated the OGIF holding since July 2024 when it was 13%. there should have been some intermediate RNSs I think as the % change in todays RNS mathematically would not come from just 10m additional dilution shares from last week's RNS. Any agree OGIF holding remains 265m shares, they're just worth a whole lot less than any time in the past!

Quite possibly the worst and most damning indictment of the management team at SOU possible. Go read it and put a positive spin on the largest SH in SOU reducing their holding. Where 1.5% goes the remaining 11.5% will follow. Out the door. In Graham we trust.....not Adam.

I have to admit PS, even I'm tempted to by 100 shares just to be able to turn up to any further investor call / AGM in person to observe how and if the management here can front this all out to investors. i just can't see it. their collective credibility is completely shot with all stakeholders. it's likely to look like a Trump Q&A session with half those in attendance getting forcibly removed by bouncers for asking fair questions or sounding threatening 😂

Hi PS. Has the consolidation & sp move in the last week changed your view or interpretation of the previous convertible bond holder conversion a few weeks ago? At the time I recall you interpreted it as a positive - i.e. they were bullish on the future sp direction, therefore converting the remaining interest then was a positive sign. Has your view changed at all re that? I'm conscious that guy has c.8m shares overhanging, plus the 4% ish dilution last Friday.

By the way BV, its not called "a negative slant", it's called being objective, pragmatic and realistic, and understanding that history is generally a very good guide for stocks as it reflects management weakness and or a genuine reflection of the wider business challenges/constraints. you post a "positive slant" on how the next 5yrs plays out here in terms of funding, cashflow, drilling, debt etc and I will debate you on that. Or are you chicken?
