I have not lost out at all bots, i have not been invested. I have however been unfortunately (for anyone invested) been pretty much 100% correct in terms of this company for over 3yrs now. I know AIM companies well. They did everything they could to rescue their own future, and protect bondholders, not shareholders, that is very obvious. The same pattern will repeat here, they've even warned you - more dilution, more SH value destruction, more reward for no performance and more ill-informed yawn inducing posts from naive or duplicitous posters on this board.

You sound like you’re new to all this bots? There’s no mention of SH or SH return in the latest investor call, none. This company is solely about the survival and excess reward flowing to the senior mgt team and board, nothing more. History really is a great guide. As an investor dilution kills your investment, your return. Why own a single share now when the latest CEO has clearly told all investors he’s going to dilute you? This company is basically insolvent. Incompetent self serving mgt and too little cash (really a few million is insufficient to do anything meaningful with regardless of balance sheet) and pie in the sky swivel eyed pivot from gas to solar (zero experience in the team at all) and hydrogen/helium. As a SH in any company, the only way you can benefit is via dividends or SP growth, otherwise you should never invest, unlike BV who has been invested in SOU for a long time and lost his aXse. Dividends are 20yrs away or more, so its down to sp growth. The CEO / corner shop guy stated as clear as day, more than 3x on the investor call two weeks ago, dilution is coming. He has insufficient funds (sub 7m usd after Sidi penalty and 9 months G&A) and equity dilution is only way. He's going to dilute SH to hell, guaranteed. You've been warned. He's warned you! We all know there was corruption and fraud in SOU. The BoD failed completely in their fiduciary duty towards SHs. Somehow Graham Lyons was paid nearly 1m gbp in the last 2 years in return for destroying 99% of SH value. How is that even possible? What kind of performance incentive scheme pays out for that kind of performance? It's not just that he's completely incompetent in business terms, but that he's corrupt too. No doubt the Moroccans paid this lot some back handers in order to sell all equity holders here down the river.

I spoke to my friend last Friday, they have submitted written, numerical/data and copies of past investor comms (presentations and recordings of investor calls they made) to the FCA, and is awaiting a reply. Only sent to FCA in the last 7-10 days, so not surprising he has not heard back yet. I wouldn't want to be on the BoD here or Graham, hoping they covered their tracks well.

Good luck trying to encourage some other mug to relieve you of your shares / get you out of the 45% loss hole you're in...there's no one left or interested to buy here. you're investing in a corrupt and self serving management team, with a 10yr history of not ever putting equity holders first. dilution on the way.

Sundance, the one thing I'd respectfully suggest you're missing out is, this isn't like everyone bet all or nothing, black or red at the drilling casino and the odds didn't work out for them. this was played and tanked and supported by deliberate misinformation and lying from management. them looking after themselves at SH expense. that's not what anyone signed up for I'd suspect. i know of at least one investor here who is contacting the FCA with a wedge of evidence to see if they can get something to stick to Graham and the BoD in particular. I hope for their sake they covered their tracks well.

When you look back on this, the guy that is even worse than Graham (and that's saying a lot) in all this? the 75yr old looking Skeletor (one for the Gen-Xs out there) looking director who headed up the one man band 'Remuneration Committee" (can you have a committee made up of one person?). He signed off GLs near 700k package last year. Just like all the value flowing to SOU from the original 2024 transaction and asset sale to Managem (most considered that a massacre of SH value) has turned out to be worth nothing, the whole premise as to why GL was ever awarded a penny ahead of a successful P1 first gas and P2 FID is completely beyond me. It turned out that all GLs 'hard work' cough cough, has been worth less than nothing. So WTF was he ever paid any variable or performance related pay? He did nothing other than preside over 98% SH value destruction over his tenure as CEO and Chairman. You can try as best you can BV to polish and gold leaf this turd, but it fecking stinks and its raw and rancid nonetheless.

Not as i see it. it's more a case of a poster who has stated 1000x their view and outlook on this share, been proven to have been wrong 1000x, but still like a 'whack-a-mole' character, insists on continuing to post utter illogical garbage rather than taking a humility pill and shutting tfu.
