Investors don't believe him, don't trust him, can see as usual he's telling half truths etc (note he dodged a question on the investor call re net assets after liabilities (not long term debt) settled), the 11m excluded a 1.5m usd liability to ONYHM, the 11m usd needs to be discounted for 12 months G&A minimum, the 11m usd needs to be discounted for opex on any asset purchase, the CEO mentioned 5x on the call further SH dilution is coming, he did not once reference SH value creation on the investor call, again implying any saving of the company will necessarily be at SH expense. Who in their right mind would be invested here? SHs are going to get diluted to oblivion.

This latest ceo is following the end of worse and worse as time goes on here. Clearly he wasn’t suited to front up the call last night. For the company even though he knows little I think JA would have done less damage. This tool has presided over 80% shareholder value destruction in just 6 months since he took over. For your benefit BV, let me explain how this is playing and will play out over the coming weeks. the lower the sp goes, the less and less viable anything is here, its like a feedback loop working on itself. in addition, the mgt team admitted on the call last night they had been fully working the funding conundrum for months, taking any capacity they might have (i personally think they have none) away from actually running the company and adding shareholder value. now their days will be focused more and more on self preservation, ensuring their parachutes are sufficiently plump ahead of the inevitable collapse of this company. the call last night revealed a company the is in every way (personnel, strategy, financial (in)stability etc) a mere shadow of its former self and what must be the least commercially attractive investment option even on AIM. its a cash shell, with huge risks, high G&A, no clue, no commercial aptitude and a joke, as made all the more clear by them working hand in glove with the Moroccans to crater equity holder value here by just giving it away. good luck with your investment BV, you're going to need it, and a whole lot more

This sp is trending to zero unfortunately. the mgt team through their actions and pay packages will ensure that to be the case. The problem now is that with a mcap at just 4m gbp, there is no capacity to raise either equity or bank/other lending finance. these chumps rolled the dice at the spiv casino and lost....

This company is insolvent. they said it on the call last night. a management team that were supposed to look after SH best interests have done the opposite. they have lied and delayed and embellished the truth, not invested themselves and looked after themselves above all else. they made it clear last night there's a freight train load of dilution coming (again...!!) and wtf anyone would invest in such a Z team exec and board here is beyond me. It's a listed plc in name only. They're working out of a temporary scaled down office in London and solely focused on their ability to ensure they are ok above all other stakeholders. As equity holders here you are literally their last concern, and cannon fodder for future raises to keep the gravy train running

If the new CEO had the mental capacity he'd be crushed by what the market is telling him since Tuesday, btu particularly since last night. Think he needs to look at an alternative career in window cleaning or something more suited to his skill set.

Laura - you need to deduct the 1.5 usd ONYHM legal claim too - that was signaled in the ye accounts, which basically means its near certain. So your 10m used becomes 8.5m usd. Then deduct 6 months of G&A and all of a sudden you have your current sp, which is still too high.....

You know the CEO did a good job on the investor call when the market is trading 20% lower within 45 mins of the open the next day. Keep buying Laura, you'll own 100% of ZERO value soon. This lot are only in it for themselves. Milk the SHs and ride the gravy train for as long as possible. Not a single reference the whole call to shareholder value, only "the company". As SHs here have realised all too late, they are not at all the same thing. A company can survive but the SHs can be diluted to dust, which has happened here. This is what they are planning - they made it as clear as they possibly could to all of you on the call last night. 11m usd is very little once to deduct necessary G&A costs and a buffer. They need to raise money and equity raise is what they're planning. Corrupt self serving execs and an incompetent incontinent board.

One final observation, they both seemed utterly oblivious to the momentous collapse they have presided over in such a short space of time. complete effective wipe out of equity holders, and due to the strategy and transparency of the exec team and the board. astounding.....

SOU is DEAD by the end of the summer, 100% guaranteed.

I think there’s a whole load of posters on this board, in the last few days especially, but also for years, saying GL has lied and bs’d his way to getting paid near 1m gbp in the last two years. The most incompetent distrustful ceo in history.
