Spencer, you unresearched moron, the company switched from Angel to Zues 2yrs + ago. I prime example of why people like you should not be investing and paying for GL's retirement. Zues came out this morning and declined to provide a valuation in this morning's note on the basis there are no assets other than a possible 8.1m gbp cash, of which by the time the BoD and exec team have scoffed away at it, lied and bs'd there way through another 6 months, at least 2m of that will be gone. there is zero investment case here. all there is a potential pile of cash at best (failing that the company delists) and nothing else. there is no value at all in the solar or hydrogen. do you see any sane person continuing to invest in this or any other company that has operations in this Moroccan tin-top third world corrupt nation?

To all LTHs here, be careful. a load of punters have been run over this morning and got it wrong, buying in between 3.0-3.5p. if deal completes there is 8.1m gbp cash, that's before settling short term creditors, and a cash burn of 2.5-3.0m per year. that puts value in the 2.0-2.5p region. it's time people grew up looked in the mirror and realised that its investors like many on this board that facilitated and allowed their corruption. there was zero challenge, understanding, critical review or disagreement aimed at the management team here for 98% of the last 15yrs. they simply took the candy from the baby, and flipped you all off as they walked out the door. last people holding the ****, retail equity investors, every single other stakeholder here has done just fine out of it.

The problem is there’s zero feedback loop or accountability for unethical and illegal behaviour on AIM, even more so now. GL has behaved right up there with the worst but felt and shown to be immune from any negative consequences. He’s utterly clueless as a business person and morally bankrupt, but still 80-90% of shareholders voted through his 700k package last year. It’s incredible.

That's simply because investors have realised they've been sold down the river by this completely inept & corrupt management team. if their idea, as stated in the report today, that by bringing in the latest CEO with his CV that they've strengthened the management team here, god help you all....
