Red flag for all those inexperienced or blind investors out there from the last 1-2 mins of the interview released today - "rapid balance sheet expansion" for a small cap with a mcap of 12m gbp = dilution. Also, you need to hear what he did and did not say. There was nothing about SH returns, nothing. This guy is going to dilute existing SHs to death and blame previous decisions and inherited legacy. Exactly the same as Labour is currently doing blaming everything on the Tories. Hard hat time here.

It's not a shareholder chat site, it's for investors (current and possible). i'm here only to share my views and no learn from all the experienced and successful investors on this board.........nothing more. i'm not posting garbage when i've stated months/years ago that GL would resign (that's effectively what he's done by first stepping back to the Chairman role only, then he'll quietly slip away now he's extracted approx 700k from SH pockets), 2-3yrs of constantly slipping/overly optimistic timescales, no revenue in 2025 (there won't be), no gas in 2025 (there won't be), no drilling until 2027-28 at earliest (their won't be) - i have called all this and more correctly, yet you're such a numbskull you either can't bring yourself to admit it, or say it. Clap clap smuggler.

This is merely a vehicle for a few SOU people to get paid and take pensions, and week after week, month after month the sp is discounting that. Next stop, bankruptcy.

Someone is very clearly quietly building up a position here. Three huge trade today, 28p, £5.81 and £6.50 worth of stock, all traded paying the full offer at the time. Fingers crossed, this could be start of a big push higher.....

The only reason GL gave away Tendrara is he didn't give a shot - he won't be impacted. He needed cold hard cash to pay himself. Long term SH returns and company sustainability were not a factor, as he'll be retired. Just like the next guy. Company performance and SH returns are 2 entirely unrelated and separate things!!! As a SH here, GL rogered you. Same as the next guy will. The BoD should hang their heads in shame, signing off GL's 2024 package.

Haha, as usual you post like you’ve been smoking a bong since yesterday afternoon. Not one of those things will happen by April, not one. The inability for PIs to prove the cost of capital to a company like SOU is enduring as it is frightening. All SOU has achieved over the years is a flashy website, a huge amount of hot air, and a mountain of missed deadlines and zero delivery. None of that’s changing.

Did some research last night on the new CEO. Looks like just another later career AIM Shyster, here to rinse PIs, dilute shareholders, do a Graham and get paid multiples of what they’re due. All I can say is, bring back Graham! I feel sorry for you guys, you’re trapped now with no way out. Don’t worry you’ve Adam and BV and their wealth of research and experience though. Patience people, bankruptcy doesn’t happen in day.
