BV, this is a half penny AIM stock with a mcap just over £10m. By the company’s own admission and plain for any investor to see (if unlike you they did any research or knew anything) is its only Phase 2 that has any potential to add any EPS. Everything else is a drag. The reason that your mgt team are quiet on P2 and the two drills is because Mana are dragging their heels and holding out. They’re not oil specialists at all and are completely out of their depth. You’re wrong re me being underwater here, it’s the opposite. It’s all in my history. There’s no revenue and certainly not profit in the next 5-10yrs from any solar or hydrogen, probably 20-30yrs. Best thing this company could do is nail down costs and just do the basics well. But 10yrs plus of failures suggest that’s never going to happen. 0.4p very soon.

The new ceo is selling the consolidation as good corporate governance. This is just putting gold leaf on a turd. Everyone knows these consolidations are sold into. If it occurs basis 0.7p, then in theory sp rises to 7p with 10x fewer shares, within a week or two the sp will be sub 5p, guaranteed. Someone find an example when this did not happen. Then there’s the dilution coming ahead, he’s going to dilute you all to pay for his own inflated salary and bonus. Where did they dig this guy out from, was he the only candidate for the job?
