Yep, 153 well overdue and hopefully not a **** up as was the initial vertical well that flowed @ 500bopd initially or more and then dropped to sub 100. Unfortunately OE is not an exact science and we'll soon know our fate ie back to early/mid 2s but it will bounce providing 154 is flowing @ initial rates. Maybe our Clive is compiling his next novel but my money is on news pre interims.

If it is our rig seller, then he's dumbed 11m @ probably 3.2p+ average so could have amassed $490k and they are still getting c 430 Tenge/$ so they're only taking a risk on $260k, that's small beer and they will know what it's like to be a Caspian investor....lol. All speculation but i'm hoping to wake up to positive news and a new chapter for Caspian as opposed to the historic disappointment. I would have expected far more selling if not positive and i don't believe KO would've played his debt for equity card.

You can cause trouble for them easily, especially when you get groups of like minded people together but it's a b*ll ache . The KO clan run this game and everybody else is a sideshow and do what they're told. KO has now filled the good ship Casper with loads of assets and it's about time he started getting a return from them and we get dragged along for the ride.

No trading of any note and the recent large buys are from peeps i know, not sure about the selling but it could be Mr Rig as you say. Pivotal time for Caspian with next update, let's hope it is the 'Sunrise' moment and we can start having some real banter knowing that we're all quids in. Long overdue !

It is unacceptable to publish crap and they have been guilty of that. We make investment decisions on statements like ' A8 flowing @ 1500 bOpd ' and i added a chunk on that news. We know what the real position is and if there was any more of that stuff going forward, i and others will start creating shoite with the Nomad, FSA etc. Don't want to go down the negative route so hopefully future communication will be far clearer and no Carverspeak !

Probably find out that they side-tracked A8, it's flowing @ 2k bopd and they've been flowing for X days hence the delay on news. We both know that's very unlikely but anything is possible with Casper comms.

His comment made no sense at all. Why checking for oil flows...lol the well was blocked with drilling fluid so why the comment ? Have they fracked it ? Surely not as they'd have had to communicate that it had. As you say, more Carverspeak and impossible to decipher some of the commentary and time for Shin to write the technical content.

Great day at Goodwood yesterday and blessed with the weather too.

Interims have peen published between 17th and 28th Sept over last 5 years. It would be good to see some positive news next week followed by the Interims w/c 27/8. The Interims should read positively from a financial perspective v 2020 but the real financial impact won’t be seen until H2 published with increased production on the shallow front.

Never take things for granted with Caspian and worst case would be poor news on 154 eg reduced rates, 153 failure and no SY award. I believe all are unlikely and hopefully the reverse will be the true update. Not long to find out either way.

Maybe but the trading is really weird. John S on ADVFN bought 600k today online ! i could only get between 150-200k and yet the bid was 1.5m+. Very liquid market and i've not seen this liquidity for many years.

On another topic, the dividend play. Much that i see it as a red herring, maybe KO & clan have plans to dilute their holdings at some juncture by getting institutions involved ? Currently it's a 100% no go with the Concert Party whitewash position.

Let's see 153 and SY as a starter for 10 and maybe we'll start to see the needed investor interest.

Added 38k @ 2.94 to get to a round number, a little bit anal as i like it nice and tidy. Interestingly it shows as a sell.

For those of you who are interested in bid strength. As with yesterday, can sell 1.5m online. Bid increased to 2.916 up to 1.25m (2.912 yesterday) 2.8923 to 1.35 and 2.88 to 1.5m.

We are pawns in this game as the big boys can control sp when there's an agenda. Is KO share for debt swap holding us back ? I don't believe so as why did they announce 154 news when they could have issued less positive news and sent the sp back and converted then OR maybe Clive issued the news without informing KO.....lol. KO's share swap will be agreed but i'd thought they would rush that through if there was real risk that the sp would really fly but they can manage that by selling into any rise.

All speculation but at this juncture, somebody wants your stock and i could probably sell more on phone order. As stated, not been like this for a very long time.

Yep, 154 developments and just need that 153 positive announcement pre Interims as we will get a jolt in the sp followed by positive commentary on Interims. If it's not worthy of a separate announcement, then our Clive is probably spending his time drafting the next edition of Carverspeak, hopefully not.

To further improve the ability to develop assets the Oraziman family have, subject to independent shareholder and regulatory approval, agreed to convert their entire debt of approximately $6.2 million to Caspian Sunrise shares to be issued at a price of 3.2p per share. A General Meeting will be convened in due course to seek the confirmation of independent shareholders to the terms of such a conversion.

Correction 1.6m. I hate testing the market with big chunks as i have pressed the 'place order' button when clear or ammend was appropriate, followed by that sick feeling and a phone call to the broker !!

Our Caspian isn't a leaky ship and no news does not mean poor news. 154 was meant to take 2 months and ended up being 3 so timely operational reporting is not their strong point.

There's plenty of positives that have emerged over last 6 months. 3AB farm in, Barge rental, 154 well, oil price increases, accelerated operational schedule BUT 153 is a really important result for all concerned. Poor result and we go back but will bounce as it will be positioned as an operational **** up and that will soon be forgotten as next well planned and plenty of other material activity in play that peeps will want to be in for. A poor result on 153 probably allows people to add more on the cheap if they believe that MJF isn't compromised by a poor result.

For me, news tomorrow or Thursday and Interims next week. C'mon Carver, don't let us down.

Sadly this is Caspian and the fact is, they can bury news in the interims a la BNG appeal.

153 was meant to be a good producer as a vertical well but failed to deliver productively but hopefully the horizontal drill delivers as per 154. It should be a slam dunk but as we know, nothing guaranteed .

Such a pivotal result for confidence and with oil @$74, a good time to be adding another barrel or 700 !

Positive result and SY licence sees us at 2.5k-3k bopd, that’s very material but the most important point is that another HD success proves that MJF NAV us achievable.

Risk and reward, that’s why we play these games.
