Don’t understand the market reaction to today’s RNS. Why is it negative?

MATD just needs shareholders to approve its right to issue new shares. Till then they will just claim discussions are ongoing

As long as you have at least one party who signed ab NDA and haven’t sent a formal rejection, you are technically still negotiating

Once they have that right approved, MATD can proceed with a raise and only then say the deal has collapsed as an excuse

For MATD unconventional means spending $5mn per well and promising to produce 900 bopd only to eventually produce 150 bopd and never pay back capex, lol

Judging by today’s share prices performance, we have a serious competition among at least three serious bidders, each willing to offer MATD excellent terms for an imminent farm-out deal!))

We are not gonna let it go for cheap, that’s for sure!
