alright, ok, are all the whiners finished. . . of course, finished without in any way offering the better deal, terms, actions poq/bod could have should have taken to get the necessary funding to participate in the upcoming and hugely important 2 wells in the pilot?! . . . this board is truly one massive amateur sideshow - even the heralded newtofo wets his bed at the slightest hint of seemingly unfavorable news, sorry newtofo, and that should get a "sheesh" sent my way. . .. have appreciated over the years many of the posts, but it's now time for the genuine professional/credible commentary to take hold and the only place i see that is in the analysts'/experts' reports/notes, etc., even if they have some bias one way or another. tennyson's comment on the pilot participation noted there would still need be a raise to participate. anyone with half a brain knew there was doing to be this raise, and yes, it wasn't great bc our sp is ridiculously undervalued, always has been but for after the first amungee results and then that go taken down by the moratorium, etc. and it just never has rebounded. but that was the one stretch where the market actually was correctly, more or less, valuing the stock. . . what matters now is, assuming repeated results to the sshi, how will that affect our true valuation in regards to what fog can legitimately hold out as the price to begin negotiations and then let them begin and see where we end up! i would love to see cavendish's note, i can't get access bc based in the u.s. . . unlike the amateurs on this board - including myself - it's these professional who are going to determine valuation and negotiations parameters now and going forward! i am going to continue to watch this board for updates and factual info but all the whining, ****ging, and outright bs is hopefully filtered or certainly not paid attention to. . . as always, gla, kmg
Sorry, dilution may not have been factored in dilution, but point being, competent and probably conservative price point, I think it was 39 pence. . . All the best
Frankly, we need more credible coverage, but also agree, best move, sp malaise, again, is awful, but is what it is. Tennyson comment in comparison to most of what is stated here (and more than half of that is now filtered out. . .) is spot on. Also, in terms of valuation, look no further than Cavendish's Note, price, and that is today, not in futuro, with dilution or this move factored in. And our Chair, Nally, used to head that outfit and couldn't be more connected to the City and it's network, money, etc., guy who was key in the Cove buyout. . . But of course, we must wait, testing our resolve and patience! As always, all the best, KMJ
Buckeye, you got it right, it is about how the funding for the pilot program, dilution, etc., shakes out. Once there is certainty there, whatever it is, and then, most importantly, the pilot is executed successfully, stellar results, etc., then we will have an amazing value platform and the market will take notice. May be exactly like the Amungee H1, but this time when it skyrockets, it will hold, and we will get multiples from that during a buyout. But this penny stock sitting on the next Marcellus, 22.5% of it, is now, more than ever, an amazing natural gas pure play! Sit tight, be patient and let this unfold. The size of the prize is truly there.
Tsoprano1, hoping for many multiples from here once all the dust settles on what I mentioned and the pilot results start coming in. . . And not for nothing, I live a short ride from Satin Dolls, the location for The Bada Bing, and used to work around the corner from the actual Satriale's! Truly one of the great shows! . . . 2024 and beyond, now is the time for Falcon. . . KMG
Apparently nothing, again, now, is going to happen with the share price until we have FID on the pilot and are funded and all dilution, etc. issues are understood by the market for the near and longer term (longer term will mean buyout. . .). Then we must successfully move into the Pilot and get same results or better like we just saw this area can produce. Seems to me this is by far, by far, the very best time to get into Falcon, unlike so many of us here who have been hanging in forever! Let's see what POQ/management pulls out of the hat for this next all important phase funding; this is where he earns his big paycheck, etc. Kind of sucks because I also was hoping for at least a move into the US 20 something cents range on this news. But there is no doubt, the next 6 - 12 - 18 - 24 months will be exciting! Also, at some point in that timeframe, we should be getting news from South Africa and just maybe that gets real. . . As always, all the best!
Awesome find Newtofo. No matter the view, the SS1H flare appears slightly less intense than the Empire 2H. Obviously the hope/expectation is that is above the 1.5 threshold!!! Gotta hang in there a couple/few more weeks. . . Onward and upward!
Got it, thanks. . . Also interested to know if the Empire flare posted earlier is the 2H or 3H. . . Anyway, folks, now's the time. All the talk, speculation, etc. is over, it's all about the results!!!
Nobody is answering my question, which is brutally simple. Use True and False Color, only, and my question is: What is that yellowish ball with the tail at the bottom of the site just right of center? True color, which is supposed to approximate as if you're on the ground looking at stuff, shows a very solid yellowish ball with a tail? What is that? Can someone answer this, please? Thanks!
Hey, thanks for the quick response. . . Yes, I have done as you mentioned. . .But please humor me, and for Oleo's same post, use True or False Color, you see nothing in the middle for the one you are talking about and only see a very strong yellowish ball with a tail in the bottom, center right as I mentioned. And you see that on many other dates. So, if that is not the location of the actual Flare Hardware and thus the flare itself, WHAT IS THAT in the bottom, center???!!! THANKS
Newtofo or whoever is sure of the design of the drill site, because I am not and I want to be crystal clear, the flare is located at the bottom center right, correct? Sometimes there appears to be something like a flare in the middle of the site. It seems the flares are put on the perimeter of the site someplace, like Empire's is in that upper right edge, and the 2H was in a similar position to this one. . . So, again, if that is the flare at the SSH1 in the bottom, right center, for our 500 meter frac, that does look very solid, stronger than the 2H. Someone, though, please respond to confirm that is the flare. Thanks and have a great weekend!
good morning. . . can someone please humor me. . . what you are referring to as the looking good flare is obviously the glowing ball with a bit of a tail in the lower part of the site, just right of center to the long black rectangular infrastructure (don't know what that is), correct? if that is the case, it is at least as bright and strong as what we saw in the skin damaged amungee 2h, so that is certainly above the 1 mark. and yes, it also looks substantially stronger than the empire flare. . . in any event, just want to be clear where we looking at on these sat images now and going forward for the ip 30 test. . . whiners, wingers, ****gers and bsers need not reply (can't wait to see all the filters that will follow this : ). . . any yes, happy new year and very good luck to all of us, especially us long, long, too long, holders of this amazingly interesting and compelling play!!!
Does anybody have a good understanding about what a "cleanup" at the Amungee 2H would involve when they figure out how to deal with the skin issue there? In other words, do they have to go in an frack again, or how does that work? Many seem to placing ALL the blame on Riddle, but wouldn't Riddle and his top team have consulted closely with Daly Waters/Sheffield and Falcon/POQ/Layman, etc.? So, everyone knew what they were doing at the 2H in comparison to what was done at the 1H. it would seem logical that if we went back in there and did exactly the same completion job as in the original 1H, without a deformation, we should get around the 5 mmcf. So, the engineers, decision makers must have known that yet they had confidence to change up the "protocols", unfortunately, it created this skin issue, rather than the gusher everyone was hoping for!. . . Based on that article it looks like TBN has done the raise, and nice to see H & P and Sheffield stepping in for more given their status and success in the U.S. and just shows more confidence in the Beetaloo. Not sure "Barrenjoey was mandated for the raise" means? In their announcement on last week, they did indicate that after the SSHI they will come back and do the Amungee 3H AND cleanup the 2H.
So, just finishing my first strong cup of coffee. . . this clearly indicates the halt was specifically related to TBN capital raise related issues and awaiting an announcement regarding same. On the face of it, not quite sure how this cuts, but how could it not be positive given all the other announcements of yesterday along with dealing with the 2H issues. Hmmm, going to be very interesting what this announcement actually is because all the many others released with the Amungee 2H were generally very positive; and they are indicating that after the lab testing/analysis/hopefully reliable solutions, they will, of course, use that for all other drilling/completion and go back into the 2H and clean it up. Apparently, this skin issue is fairly well understood now with lots of expertise to deal with! . . . Anyway, it's a waiting game again now with key focus being (1) What is going on with this halt and capital raise for TBN; (2) Getting correct and applicable solutions to the skin issue; (3) with that and all other "learnings" getting the needed 3 mmcf at the next two appraisal wells (the move to the SSH1 is very interesting in light of the Tanumbirini results), and hopefully successfully cleaning up 2H, maybe get us into the 2s if not 3: and, (4) following other Beetaloo developments from Empire, Santos/TBN and any thing else of note. . . But wow, talk about making us sweat and the waiting game goes on and it certainly is not easy but that has been the game with Falcon. All this nonsense about a false flag and Sheffield conspiracy is such nonsense and you could see both POQ and Laymen trying not to laugh at the suggestion; said before, of course we can expect arms length hardball tactics from Sheffield but let's be real! Laymen came off as a very credible guy who has a lot of confidence that this all will come good, though being cautious to state no guarantees, but both were def optimistic and confident, though POQ's tone and body did indicate his genuine disappointment, though, again, he specifically said "confident and optimistic" (of course he did : ) regarding the new, fully carried program for 2023, into 2024! Anyway, talk, talk, talk, but the Beetaloo and Falcon beat goes on, and is still strong. . . But what a ride. . . Second of 2023 into 2024 are going to be huge!
Needless to say, tons of thoughts/emotions, but certainly not panic, not selling, not buying, but trying to digest. Waiting for the POQ Q & A, and what should be much more detail from TBN and per Oldie's post, be great to hear from Sheffield. Again, very much want to hear from POQ and may have more to say later.
Sorry, that should have started, someone who posted the satellite shot. . .
Someone who posted a flare a couple of weeks ago, not sure which one of you it was, I think also said the flare should be in the lower left corner. . . If that's right, in this shot there is definitely something going on in that exact spot, and if you ask me, a total layman on this, it actually looks like a flare. If I am off, so be it, but if that's the location, then there is something there. . . Exciting times!
Thank you POODS
Good to get the updates, and markets reacting favorably. Like the very understated, factual AND maybe most important, very forward looking nature regarding next moves to Pilot Production. . . To this most recent satellite image. . . Origin789, is your smiley face bc you think there actually is a flare in the lower left corner or bc you're being sarcastic? It looks like it was something to consider there when 805 posted last week and it's there again in this one. There is definitely the outline of a ballish, yellowish looking image exactly in the lower left corner. Can this be confirmed as a flare or not? Most interesting days!!!
Empire's Underwood sounding very positive/bullish in this interview! I like that we have at least one of the major players being headed by an Aussie, just think it's helpful to have in the mix. . . He's confident, uses words/phrases like very encouraged, optimistic, etc. when discussing Gov final approvals and cooperation, and, the economic viability of the project, with his focus now on their Pilot Production. So much happening. Stay focused and very positive folks!!!
