Nice one Kingkev, hard to buy back at more than what you just sold for. But you seemed to recognise this 'investing' mistake and did summat about it.....already in profit

SP can't seem to punch through that 350 mark.

Hopefully will break through 350p soon. Higher high's & higher low's.

Maybe some of those who sold expecting a solid retrace might be considering buying back post Oasis.

As an example i bought Meta at $100 and soon after sold them at $152. Then Zuck went on his 'Year of Efficiency' & the SP kept on rising. I eventually decided i had made a mistake and bought back in at circ$250. A very difficult decision. A bitter pill to swallow. Now Meta are at $730. Ok, i lost out, but a very hard decision has paid well in the end. Not lecturing. Not crowing. Just respectfully pointing out that this investing lark can bring on hard decisions....

@Cap, yes, i did some digging on Mr Fischer and am similarly impressed. Thanks for sharing. As i previously said, he will be an 'active' investor in Capita, not passive. Am so excited for the future of the 'new Capita'. I don't see any retrace now. Well done all who held on.....

I simply have got to my age in life where i just can't & won't tollerate bull**it. I have commented recently several times on the subject of respect. I do not find that respect in comments made here by the Crow fella. Such a self opinionated individual. Never contributes, only ever critacal of opinions contrary to his own. Said i was on Filter, fine. But turns out to be not the case. What other lies? I can't recall ever telling you fine folks how many shares i hold in Capita. Why would it matter if one person can reach further up the wall with it than another!!

It's ok NF, the investing guru of Warrenesk performance has us both on Filter so won't see anything we write anyway. Plus Aim....

I think this news today from Oasis is more important than the recent TU for existing shareholders. Especially those shareholders that held their nerve and didn't sell out.

Nobody throwing c*ap here. Just don't like being lectured by some 'know it all'. I sold a chunk of my Coin recently as i thought they had become overbought.

But the situation with Capita is a totally differant story. In my opinion, & only my opinion, anyone selling out huge amounts of their Capita holding now must be as mad as a chumpster......

Take a look at Crows posting history. Lectutes to all that he is wonderful. Yet he sold out in the 330's. Not so very clever......

Personally i see this as big news, and would seem to explain the SP rise since split.

Seth Fischer is not a passive investor & with 5% (so far) will want to have a say in the future direction of the company. He obviously see's something in Capita to buy 5% of the company

Extremely positive in my mind.....

Oasis Management Company have taken similar 5% stakes in Costain, Hunting & Kier since April

@Aim (& others), i read today that Trump's 90 day pause on his 'Liberation Day' tariffs comes to an end on the 9th. That may possibly mean that Trump doing things the way he does, we could just see another great buying opportunity fall into our laps. Not so much CPI but personally am preparing my powder for such an opportunity. S&P on multi year high & Nas similar on all time high's. US debt at staggering $37trn. Weak Dollar.

Just my view, others may differ.....
