CS's comments about being pleased with Artem's input surely must fall into the 'opinion' category? His satisfaction with his input might not be mirrored by other shareholders who only have the 'factual' RNSs to go by which no longer refer to 'the buyer' or the due diligence completed about two years ago. If we're going by RNSs the sale process appears to be further back than before he was appointed.
