I'd argue that it wasn't just greed which got the better of people. Credible proposal and due diligence RNSs from our esteemed BOD certainly won't have helped lessen any bitterness.
Seems like someone's patience is being stretched.
RNS Date: 422 B.C.
It would be interesting to know unequivocally if there are conditions on the options for them to be exercised.
It's a joke Del. And you also have to ask why they don't just exercise their options?
You could get Carlito involved, he owns about 37% of the company.
Del. Alexei's share selling episode should have been a warning to us all. 'Urgent Cash Call' sounds even more ridiculous looking back over two years on it.
It proper stinks of insider dealing if you ask me (IMO and all that). Was it ever proven he bought them back or was it just shouted loudly on here that he did?
It's probably bull ****. Nearly everything else the BOD has uttered has been.
IKN. To whinge about them and to question their competence. The opposite to you who is here to unquestioningly defend and praise them. There's room for everyone on the BB.
Stockholm Syndromes all round 🙂
Plus, the markets definitely have little to no confidence in the company and its assets.
That part of the statement feels very much like the vote of confidence a football manager gets before getting boshed.
Is 'materially' a similar weasel word to 'shortly'?
Quite frankly I don't believe a word the BOD says, either tweets or RNSs.
Definitely from this bod. They never put anything in an RNS which doesn't materialise. 🙄
Toffers,
What did jarvy want you to post on there?
I remember all those countdowns being clearly stated in RNSs. 🤔
Happychimp might have to work on his or her ambiguity before making that grade. 😬
Kammy,
If, like myself, you've been kicking yourself for not selling the lot at 40p ish having bought at about 18p then it's pretty understandable why positivity has turned to negativity. I've had unfortunate family circumstances when I had to sell some at 32 and 22p but am still left with a modest amount but definitely wish I'd dumped the lot at 32p. I didn't and that was pretty much to do with the RNSs which always implied a sale was happening.
Using the car sale analogy in relation to folks' changes in sentiment, the RNSs and the SP; it's more like advertising your car as mint condition then being surprised and shocked why someone might express dissatisfaction at it having no engine and only two wheels.
Of course there's going to be people who hold this share whose opinions it have lessened greatly.
Ragsrob. We go through this every time so someone can smugly say, 'you'd better hope the company's lawyers aren't reading this', or words to that effect.
I'm saying it's conceivable that a company could lie in a RNS and the market is littered with evidence of those firms which have.
In relation to the EUA 12 May 21 RNS, based on evidence thus far I'm open-minded about its veracity.
And there's folks on here who say RNSs should be considered gospel. The same people also criticise anyone who dare suggest that some companies might lie in RNSs.
They should've just said 'shortly'. We'd know what they mean then.
No evidence except the share price and no sale.
