Onthebadwagon, that assumes there's sufficiently credible information in the DFS. Also why didn't the BOD tell us any sale would be dependent on that? Why was 'the buyer' able to complete DD without it?
Come back Onassis, all is forgiven.
Even if they were, it wouldn't surprise me if there's some sort of war clause in the Sinosteel agreement. If that is the case, who's going to stump up to mine the thing in the current climate?
Bumble,
A lot of us continued to hold because the BOD through RNSs led us to believe the sale was likely to happen quickly and where we might receive a significant dividend etc.
I'll stick my neck on the block and say they were being disingenuous. I'm guessing 'the buyer' never had any means of being able to buy the company. For all we know and thanks to the convenient NDAs 'the buyer' could have been anyone, the only thing we heard was that they had completed DD on EUA, not that EUA had completed DD on them. 'Credible Proposal' was as good as it got. WTF does that even mean.
That and time, I would say.
Does York have a Samaritans centre? Just thinking of venues.
No, thank you DR. That will be all. :-)
Thanks DR, it was my mother's choice :-).
Please don't stop for my benefit. The new, apologetic you is wonderful.
DR. Quit your waffle and tell us about the numerous times you've claimed to have insider information about big news, sale to be announced within three weeks and all the other nonsense you have spouted.
Who is going to vote in favour of the begging bowl being filled? I don't think they'd get it through.
There ain't going to be many with a CGT liability on this dog.
Murzy.
Please don't report it. I got the 'joke', I honestly don't give a solitary about internet insults. :-)
Murzy.
Not as embarrassing as not caring that the SP has gone from the 40s to the 3s. And definitely not as embarrassing as not caring if the price falls further.
Huwsbuying.
Anyone who dared suggest 3s was laughed at and generally bullied off the board.
It would be interesting to hear from those who ridiculed suggestions of the price going this low.
Yeah, course you did Bumble. What did you do for this massive company?
Oldspursfan. It's because nobody knows what is actually there. Nobody on this message board or anyone else (other that, perhaps, the BOD) has the foggiest idea of what the company owns. In brass tacks, kgs, tonnage, you name it. I'll challenge anyone on this message board tonight to tell me in very simple weights and measurements what Eurasia Mining Company OWNS. Then we can times it by the going rate of the metal assets owned and all live happily ever after.
SteJSteJ. You love facts.. You first. I haven't forgotten about answering your previous response btw, so don't worry.
Mr Wolfe. Please... Allow the fella to answer. He won't because he knows where it's going.
Ok SteJSteJ, you've got me. The BOD issued a statement in March stating the sanctions don't affect the sale,
'The Board is closely monitoring the evolving sanctions and re-iterates that no individual or entity identified in the sanctions is associated with the Company in any way. Nor do the sanctions prevent the Company from executing on its M&A strategy as announced'.
So why haven't we sold yet?
Sorry Folio, you and the BOD are saying the war hasn't affected the sale? SteJSteJ is saying it has?
Folio. SteJSteJ says that the war has affected the sale.
I don't get your point tbh. Please let me know if I've misunderstood you and SteJSteJ. You're saying the war hasn't affected the sale, but SteJSteJ is saying it has? Genuine question.
