The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
DATTABASE1. I wouldn't worry too much about it, the BOD have ensured your investment is extremely tax efficient.
I've stopped sniffing glue since my prediction so would like to revise it down a bit π.
Oh how I wish I could turn back the clock to the heady days of the SP being in the high 30s when we were making pretty outlandish predictions and flog the lot. π
Definitely don't ask for two hundred quid Stu. π
GM402. The BOD's RNSs (the only facts we can rely upon according to some on here) telling us of the 'buyer' and 'due diligence' having been completed kept plenty hooked in, myself included. Plus we didn't all buy at such low prices.
(Apologies 'hear about'). Ah, understandable not to flog them. Hopefully things improve soon, maybe with a post Christmas miracle of us getting something out of this dog π€.
Morning Sturfc5588. Sorry to about hear your hopefully temporary situation. What price did you get pre suspension?
Leno. It certainly wasn't me pal, I didn't even see what your rebuttal was; although I'm sure it contained intellectual and comedy genius. I feel cheated π
Yeah. That's the only plausible explanation for him 'retiring', sorry I mean 'moving on elsewhere'. Definitely won't be anything to do with having to field off difficult questions from investors with unconvincing responses. Definitely not π.
Morning Spikeyj. I'm happy if and hoping that my guess is wrong. Much prefer it to be 100 times that but the lack of progress has jaded me.
Apology accepted stretch101, very gracious of you to say it π. I'm holding shares here but I'm just peed off. From being very positive in 2020, I've become worn down and pretty cynical however, as always, I will say I hope shareholders get something good out of this which definitely includes me.
Classy as ever stretch101. I'm honoured π..
You've obviously got amnesia about 'shortly', 'buyer' and 'due diligence' in regards to the RNSs, stretch101. But why let the facts get in the way of a good yarn. π
Layla1. How do you know they are men of integrity?
Sorry JamesB1, we're not allowed to talk about the loans. The ones which have been spun as repayable on demand but actually depend on the subs making money. I feel particularly uneasy about that part of the company's history. I don't think it's unreasonable to ask what they spent the money on. Sniffs to me, in my own opinion.
Until there's a rise in the share price frutsels, then you'll do your usual 180. π
Where are the subsidiaries to which the loans were paid registered?
MrY. I'm guessing that means there's quite a big caveat on when / if they can be repaid?
Does anyone out there know the borrowers have generated sufficient production to be in a position to repay the loans?
Genuine question OOR. If they've got the money to repay 'payable on demand' loans why did they need to borrow it in the first place?
Friendsps. They don't respond which supports Scotty's comments.
I don't think JN would have been covered by an NDA. Were you thinking JVs Oriens1?
