I've got half a dozen "penny shares " which cost little but are a bit of fun and you never know. K

Acker is playing a Boycott innings in defence of PREM & George but I broadly agree with his opinion. Been here too long and hold too many to see anything but a good outcome albeit at a snails pace. K

It's a good day with all my blue chips showing positive, particularly the insurers. Some nice dividends announced too.

BJ. We had a very similar experience on Ventura a few years ago. That too was a 35 night US/Caribbean with several ports cancelled and medivacs . We waited hours to get off in New Orleans then decided to stay onboard because of a monsoon. We've got 35 nights booked in Jan on Iona but Mrs not too bothered. K

Bhants, They are hoping Rishi will come up with UK Investment Fund dosh.

They have a good order book flow, including FSS vessels in conjunction with Navantia.

Similar story with PREM, great asset, BS management and no funding.

Risky, P&O have two adult only ships, Arcadia & Aurora. Saga also has adult only vessels . K

Never, In a troubled World the destinations for cruises are reduced. Add in environmental exclusions by some popular ports, I see them as headwinds. You might also consider the additional capacity coming to the market with mega ships replacing those scrapped or sold during the Pandemic.

Cruises replacing package holidays, certainly at tailwind for CCL but a nightmare for us old sea dogs. K

YR, Another report suggested they were fearful of Cholera as the ship had been in SA where there is allegedly an outbreak.

Having been subjected to a Norovirus outbreak/lockdown on a ship, it can be very concerning. K
