most stuff we can get anyway...just need to know where to look.... unless you fancy emailing them. I'm pretty good at digging through reams of docs. a lot of the stuff they have will be commercially sensitive. easier to go on google cam and drive down the roads, its amazing what i've found in the last 10 days.... I would really like to get the 'agreement for the sale / transfer pension fund etc. to see who really owns what...? ie are the mine lands still owned by Harworth, and UK just do the digging and selling of the clay and coal ( theres a song in there somewhere????), name that tune :-D

Whilst at this Barnsley site, it is difficult not to miss Harworth's partners in the ROAD to RAIL business PROLOGIS. who just happen to have their UK office in BARNSLEY cant help but see the integration of PROLOGIS with HARWORTH the tie in with PEEL.... and there SUPER PORT project and Coal mine Methane generation which is still in its infancy , however money in the bank ( ALKANE at the fore front of this , having doubled turnover last year , after buying Maltby colliery from Hargreaves COAL) the land bank for HARWORTH has amazing potential.

As per the Harworth Website the Barnsley Prologis Site at Houghton has a 25 year lease to ALKANE ENERGY ( 99% sure its ALKANE), for COAL MINE METHANE GENERATION ) This will be 3-10 MEGGAWATTS dependant on what system they put in...... This confirms that ALKANE, having significant Licences at VENTS (mine) in particular. Will have a long term agreement with HARWORTH at many sites in UK . There are 900 former mines in the Uk............. I have established several of these already, although a couple may be on SEE Land. this is a nice CASH COW paying towards the keep......

Interesting to see the Significant link between Some partners of Harworth:- As with most mining towns theres lots of land that I am not sure who owns? I can only presume most will be either Power Generators ie SEE or Harworth, so Barnsley will be this weekends focus

These seem to be on each and every coal mine Now as there are 900 potential sites in the UK and ALKANE from there own admission are planning only 2 per year??? hows this work then??? being the PREMIER operator of CMM

Duly Noted Scooting around Morpeth and Gateshead sites, DULY noted UKCOAL are still using some of these future developments. as with other sites. Where does UKCOAL end and HARWORTH begin....? How can Harworth market land they dont own........either the ' tenancy' hands over to Harworth at said date of Open cast works, or cessation of use as Coal rail Sidings. OR THEY OWN THEM ALREADY.. footnote:= 14 th round PEDL licences havent even scratched the surface at Newcastle area/ WIGAN / sthelens etc. Massive potential there..................

How far you from PONTEFRACT??:D take this town. it has the PRINCE OF WALES Site on it now take PEDL 037 Oil and Gas development licences. theres one at this site. Now within Pontefract area ' a short canal ride' there are at least 5 other sites that ALKANE ENERGY own licences for, all which are at COAL BOARD sites, most of which are undergoing coal fines recovery. At Each Alkane site for Coal MINE methane recovery theres the potential for 10mw of power generation. so that would be 50 meggawatts. What are the synergies??? There is a chance some of the land will be owned by Ferrybridge power station SSE however this a very close tie in Coalfield recovery/ Coal mine methane operators, and 1000 meggawatt Carbon capture power station all on 't' same canal. Any clues anyone
