Not sure yet. my strat is a bit diff..........There is a strong chance due to mineral rights, the valuation may be far higher at some point due to mammoth SHALE CBM AND mmmm UCG Ive not the time to check out all of the land Harworth estates own, but its pretty well damn smack on to synchronise with the drilling programs that are in place etc. If this is to happen and I sold out at 50 Pence then I would be most displeased your idea is bob on though I want to take full advantage of any Mineral rights across the Uk so may want some CRES cash to so this We may be forgetting that should PEEL take control of CRES. then it wouldn't take much for them to take control of Harworth. Would this be a dream ticket for PEEL?? I know they want a cash cow for their waterfront projects, but that's another chapter ta for reply

CBM extraction capacity? Shale potential? & does the PEDL cut around the Harworth site ( as it does on the PEDL that cuts around PARKSIDE ( old colliery) its well worth having a peep around the PEDL licences around the country to see who gives easy access to the DRILL PADS as PEEL have done with IGAS ( this was agreed in 2008) ps Hi Ziena

Site access for Drilling on land SHALE AND CBM PADS( that is not a direct Former Coal mine ) as I think these will be less easy to drill and PEDL licences for Shale etc cover large geographical areas CBM on the existing sites that are not in use for this, ie are there CBM generating units on all sites and also where Harworth have mineral rights thats not a direct Former Coalfield are any of these in the 2008 PEDL licence area, ie best chance for SHALE etc indeed are any on the forthcoming round of licences there must be some cherries on the tree *************************************** Check out what Igas are doing on Peel ( our good friends ) land right here right now, FRACK testing!!! ELLESMERE and BARTON when the gas comes up ( 2000 boepd) for example the balloon will truly go up and we could have a GOLD rush on our hands. Now who doesnt wanna be in that Missed the Dot com boom? *******re CBM and SHALE assets******** Just checking up on PEDL139 this is Parkside that IGAS own and its funny that the licence does not cover the actual PARKSIDE COLLIERY site. Another thought is that PEEL are giving ( since 2008+), access to their land , this in my opinion is going to be the same at Harworth. (IGAS frack testing now at ELLESMERE and BARTON), so Harworth let IGAS on their land. So my musings go on to say what value is put on access land for the GAS DRILLING RIG PADS in the first instance and has it been valued at Harworth. This doesnt count the licence area Harworth may have for CBM and SHALE. It may well be That Harworths Mineral rights only covers the ground they own and not as PEDL general licences that cover 'regions' anyway any help on this is greatly recieved......

Todays musing Nice snippit from IGASBod PEEL have given them unfettered access to there land banks for drilling ( can they do this or do they need a PEDL licence) so Harworth Land bank+PeelxIGAS=??

As we know Coal bed methane recovery doe not involve Fracking. Great little video from SHELL on Fracking Any PEDL licences that are owned by ALKANE, cover the rights to whatever is down there so any sites that are within The Shale Play, will be farmed out or returned to. I cant see any reason why the PADS that will be in use for CBM cannot be used at the same time to drill muntiple wells from the same location to go down for the SHALE GAS ps. In my opinion, FRACKturing rock a mile down doesnt bother me. cant understand why anyone is bothered about a few fireworks so far away. The video is great viewing........ so ALK PDL LICENCES, once the credibility of the SHALE drilling in operation NOW is out, what effect will it have on the current PEDL licence value of ALK? answers on a postcard please
