Can we get a complete list of HARWORTH estates land and Harworth Estates MINERAL RIGHTS, ie say land thats signed over to FORESTRY commision etc on the former coalfields ( as I reckon they wont have gave way to mineral rights)

**SRFI SUPER PORT** Just a bit more background to PEEL and HARWORTH ESTATES and the unlocking of the SRFI plan PROLOGIS and HARWORTH are partners within the SRFI network that is to link up with PEELs LIVERPOOL SUPERPORT. this Egg when it hatches includes total intergration of Multimodal freight terminals in the UK including enhancement of MANCHESTER SHIP CANAL, and the LIVERPOOL PORT inparticular to take advantage of the Widening of the PANAMA CANAL and the arival of a new class of SUPER container ships. HARWORTH ESTATES Portfolio is a more than significant key in unlocking the project. PARKSIDE Colliery as far as I know is still owned by PROLOGIS, the development was shelved after the 2008 crisis. Astral was the former developer, will PEEL / HARWORTH be the movers and shakers on this site... Its interesting to note, the 2008 PARKSIDE report shows the CBM generation capacity of this site inparticular at 6MW ( this can be more than doubled now), due to the newer generation of Heat exchangers etc. any HARWORTH sites at larger ' Coalfields' will have this capacity.and goes some way towards costs. ( 1 meggawatt = £1 million book value....my rough estimate fag packet job) So all in all the more you dig the more you see how important HARWORTH may be to PEEL.....???

Cheers Wooly any thoughts on DONCASTER CBM Assets up there for ALK are they on hold??? great big calculation I did 10MW per site Harworth CBM generation was sold for a pretty heafty sum by UKCOAL £20 plus million I think it was for a 20mw generation plant.... was I smoking something??

scooting round CBM and frack sites STOKE area then not sure where my mouse will take me next BRIDGO keep on the AGRICULTURAL land seems a good hunch........ any postcodes for the sites I can help have a peek at them? :-D
