Deals move work on homes closer UK property regeneration company Harworth Estates has signed two deals to sell land to house builder Jones Homes and let a manufacturing unit to RS Motorhomes, which builds bespoke luxury motorhomes. The deal will enable the first phase of work to get under way on land at the former Harworth Colliery site off Scrooby Road. Jones Homes will begin work next month before building 118 two, three and four-bedroom houses. Harworth Estates has also donated land to Harworth & Bircotes District Council for improvements in Scrooby Road. June Evans, chairman of Harworth and Bircotes Town Council, said: "We see this development as key to putting Harworth & Bircotes on the map."

Harworth estates land also quite a few around Wigan and Warrrigton, had planning in 2011 etc.....????where they up to no RNS feed from Alkane on these, so progress on BBs would be great................... Theres probably more than a dozen times the exisiting Licences that ALKANE would be suitable for , in particular the CMM VENTS, usually clustered aound a friendly council like Mansfield. CMM production depends on if the mines are flooded I guess Possibly there is a concentration on recently abandoned mines ie MALTBY, as this is where the RICH pickings are as theres lots of open underground mineworkings so more MEGGAWATTS. anyways as I say needs a daily poster does this....
