Thanks Ramos. Interesting that following the 9p target price set by NUMIS the price slowly edged up to the 9p level. Occasionally above it though mainly just under. I expect the same to happen now in the next month or so. NUMIS are a highly respected company and and the analyst Jonathan Guy who writes the reports is a man with a long and deep experience in the industry and who arguably is one of the best mining analysts in London . His target price will be conservative no doubt.

Has anyone actually seen it. I know conversation this morning was about another 3p on top of the 9p Numis set 6/7 weeks ago but has anyone had it confirmed or seen the report. I have contacts in NUMIS and they couldn't say whether its been published or not so just asking for confirmation. The large sell didn't do as much damage as I would have expected which means there is good support in the 8p range.

Has anyone had sight of the New NUMIS Report and 12p target price? Down 7.5% is nothing when we have been going up regularly 5-10% a day. if shares went up in a straight line we would all be mega wealthy.

Tigers probably taken a pasting on his Tullow shares £2.76 down to 25p. I'd be disgruntled if it were me but I wouldn't be visiting other sharechats and castigating the company's potential. Only reason is hoping to short (no chance unless a fool) or wants in at a lower price. NUMIS say their target price is conservative!! Not sure Newcrest even with all their wealth would waste it on such an asset unless they really think it is worth the investment. 9 rigs drilling, designing the decline already and putting together all documents for the various permits needed doesn't sound like they are going to walk away. They will own 70% very shortly.

I know buys v sells data is unreliable but current data shows Bought value of £5m against sells of £3m. Is the LSE data that unreliable to be showing such a difference and yet the shareprice being 6-7% down on opening. Not concerned as a LTH but strange nevertheless.

Doubt they will double it to 24p but may increase it in June/July by 3p to 15p unless some extraordinary results are released or NC make a very positive detailed statement of intent. I think these grades are up to end of March drilling. I would love to see the drilling g results for April especially the cluster drilling in the South West. They would not cluster drill if they hadn't found a very high grade deposit or accumulation.

I wonder how many PI's got shaken out this morning. MMs delayed some big buys and let it drift down until panic selling and stops were triggered. If the golds there, it's still there despite the ups and downs of the shareprice.

Agree...a distict pattern!! If the results in the quarterly report are as we hope and expect the MMs will have this up at 10p+ in a flash having loaded up at 8-9p. They will make a huge profit. Bit like bookmakers...they're the only clear winners in the end.

Cant see any large trades going through. Many in the hundreds and most under £5k. MMs taking out as much as they can ready to sell them at a much greater profit on Thursday & Friday IMHO.

Thanks for posting that information. Room for thought as makes it all the more complicated to hold GGP shares if NC make a part or all share offer.

Paddy...I don't think it's in NC's interest to 'big it up'. This will lead to an inflated shareprice rise in Greatland and NC having to pay more at 'fair value' for the 5% if they decide to buy it. I can imagine muted acknowledgement of Havs potential. Are next drill reports expected to be in the quarterly report?

Capslock....no one here is qualified to answer your question. Whilst all the signs are there that this could be a successful investment and important to NC it is also an AIM company and still a risk. Can you afford a drop in price if NC walk away like Newmont did? Unlikely at this stage but your money could be tied up for some time if they do. Equally you could potentially double your money. High risk = high reward though the risk in my opinion is much reduced.

I will be surprised but delighted if the shareprice tomorrow breaks 10p. 10p will be a major sell price for many PI's and difficult to break without positive info from NC.

That's what I thought was the situation. No application to mine but studies being put together that eventually would support such an application.

Tricky....is that fact that have ' applied for a permit to mine Hav?' If so their intention is quite clear. I wasn't aware that this is fact!

Would be the same as a takeover in reality. NC could swallow GGP and make them their exploration arm but they already have one as they are drilling at the moment to prove up the asset. I think they may take Hav off Greatlands hands and ask Greatland to get on with drilling Scallywag with some help from NC. I hope so as this will mean a repeat of the situation with Hav including the shareprice rise. The dilemma will be; do you sell or stay for Scallywag!

East-ender...what super tax are you referring to. I have not read the papers today or listened to the news. Has something been announced?
