Nine...you make an interesting point..growth, divi or buyout. Growth depends on continued success. GGP only need to invest in a dud tenement and the share will plummet like a stone. I have a few ' dead certs' for further growth that are worth a fraction of what they were 5-6 years ago and I know I should have taken profits when they were at their peak! This is AIM and nothing is certain. It also depends on your age and needs. The young may want to buy a house or have a deposit for one, the elderly to help their kids or grandchildren out.

For me the sale of Hav would be preferable and I will leave some in for 'Scallywag', investing again if, and its a big if, NC or another show interest following some positive drill results.

Totally agree, many jumped in here at 12p + given all the hype, thinking they could make a quick 'buck'. Lth's have already seen a good return and will see an even better one in due course but not immediately. Some can't even wait until July 23rd news. I think the "potential j venture' indicates NC are likely to buy Havieron but to make sure the SP doesn't become prohibitive or at least far more expensive they are flagging it up as potential JV. Also they would have to have an agreement in place with GGP to indicate anything other than a JV. We are not that far advanced yet but for me all the signs are this could be an asset buy out. I wonder what 25-30% would be valued at?

I can only see one ramp, 60p by Xmas being extremely optimistic. 15p soon or even 20p by xmas I would argue is not optimistic but reasonably realistic given all the known factors. You never know until it happens though!!

For those who believe in Elliots Wave theory on the 3 month chart we are about to enter the 3rd wave. 1st wave 5p to 9p, 2nd wave 9p to 12p+ and I would suggest 3rd wave 12p to 15p confirming Numis prediction though based on different factors. 23rd July report absolutely crucial. If NC continues to be so positive about Hav then It almost confirms their intention to go ahead. For GGP it's just a matter of fair value for 5% and what format that will take. Shares, purchase of development share or cash purchase. Shareprice should rise accordingly so I see no reason why 20p is not possible by Xmas though the date is a arbitrary factor.

Perhaps Councillors who 'knowingly' make a decision which will be lost on appeal should shoulder the financial cost of the appeal if it goes against them. They would think twice about going against their own planners advice! No problem if it's not my money at risk, big problem if it is.

Is the £4m cash burn based on a year when they were drilling. As I understand it they are not drilling now that NC have taken over that responsibility so unless they are drilling elsewhere the cash burn should be significantly less.

apart from June quarterly report on 23rd July are we expecting any further reports or presentations. I'm intrigued by Heddles comment about some exciting news soon. I took that as within 3/4 weeks and something that would continue shareprice movement upwards. Having said that I think the consolidation of the share price at 12p is most reassuring.
