As a LTI in GGP already in a healthy profit I would love to eventually realise some of the figures being banded about here. It would be life changing! However, I get the feeling that some on the board are trying to convince themselves as to the eventual buyout price as opposed to others on the board.

Agree article is not relevant to GGP but its worth reading for new investors in new minerals, oil, gas projects etc. A lot of people lost money on SXX and it was clear from the start they would not have the finance to bring it to production and there are numerous examples like it even though the asset is a good find. Exploration is one thing bringing it to production is a long, complex and costly business. I think GH has got the right model here.

I don't think they are making much at all on a daily basis. Spread has been too great. Over 2/3 days the % increase has probably allowed them to make a fair bit. You've got to invest thousands for a mediocre return though and risk getting caught on a MM sudden drop if you put on a stop loss.

Thought after this mornings start and the level of buying we would continue upwards. Surprised we are bobbing up and down the 5p mark but it shows the level of support.

I agree Paddy. I also think that no communication from GH given that he was communicating every week at one point is indicative of something happening in the background. I'm expecting a RNS any day.

MMs will make as much as possible. Few buyers and plenty sellers. Best sit on hands for a week or so. This will rebound as cash has to go somewhere..eventually!

At least it seems to have found a bottom of 4.5p to 5p which gives me heart!!

The share will drift until we get some concrete news. All the indications are that the Hav asset is worth conservatively 6p plus but possibly more. Watching the shareprice on a minute by minute basis is not going to move it on. This has the potential to be one of the biggest profit makers of 2020 but it's just that...potential at the moment.

It's a paper loss if you are £160k in profit and equally can/will move the other way.

Bingo..I learnt years ago that trading a share doesn't always work and being a LTH with AIM shares ( with good prospects) is the best way to go. Having bought in here at 1.3p I could have sold for a 100% profit at 2.6p but see quite an upside with NC being so confident about the asset potential. I am looking for minimum 16p although this may unrealistic if an offer comes from NC for the 25-30% they don't have. If Scallywag is also a Tier 1 find then 25-50p if NC look to buy it.

Tom..see Bingos comment! Panic selling..gold will come through. Next will be the stocking up of food and medicines and queues for face masks. I will buy more GGP if it falls to 4.50 or below. Easy profit on all that we know about the asset and NC's view and intentions.

I hope they don't rush a MRE and come out with a low ball figure. We need the highest figure possible to command a decent buy out price per share.

I see Atlantic Capital Markets are featuring Greatland in their latest report. Not downloaded it yet but we are obviously being looked at closely by some of the analysts and trading firms. I know nothing about Atlantic Capital so difficult to know if it's a substantial firm worth looking at their deliberations.

If I was a NCM shareholder I would want to hear an accurate estimate of the Hav resource. I would also want to know if it's a T1 find.

David...traders selling and moving to shares that are likely to Increase in the short term. One wiff of good info and they will be back albeit at a higher price. LT investors needn't worry about short term fluctuations. This is as derisked as any AIM share can be. Probably the best I have seen for many years but then this is AIM!!
