RNS with news of investment and down we go!
What happened to your promise?
I have no idea what you're talking about, Fiercey.
We could well see the bid back at 23 at close and who knows where we'll close on the 31st? There's still enough of 2020 left to see 30p in. (you have to be an optimist to be a Baggies fan!)
Yes. Is this the only share where buying pressure sends the price down?
That'll be a "cheeky little top-up" by Fiercey, I bet.
Good morning Fiercey. I wouldn't be surprised if Big Sam emigrated to Siberia to avoid having to trying to keep us up! We would've lost anyway. Before Livermore was sent off we were awful. The first goal was a gift-a goalkeeper and a defender against 1 attacker and who wins? Perhaps MTR will touch 30p today and save me from terminal depression!
The bid has just gone up to 23.5 on HL and can sell 50k for 23.7
Copper on the march again - 3.6015
That really ought to spark some interest I would have thought.
Well would you Adam &Eve it? Pity we're still 19th! Never mind , onwards and upwards. Just need a few goals on the MTR scoresheet now.
Are you watching Fiercey? We've actually scored, although it'll probably go down as an own goal. We'll step up a gear in the second half and overwhelm City!
I'm glad you find it so funny-I was being deadly serious!
Fiercey, I'll be watching on a "stream " for the first 15 minutes probably-by which time we'll be 3 nil down and I won't be able to bear any more! On the other hand City could do a Chelsea, and we'll be 3 nil up, only to lose 6-3 after the VAR has awarded City at least 4 outrageous penalties and allowed them 2 clearly offside goals.
All the pre race stuff done , practice laps done and we're on the grid again now, engines revving, waiting for the "go" to get the real race under way.
Good post DaisyRoots. Our various interests in Botswana are definitely going to be what make the company value wise, as the other investments are, as I think Taylot might have said, a side show (apologies if it wasn't Taylot (to him and whoever did say it), although with the potential to be very entertaining. We definitely need to widen our fan base as I suspect a lot of LTHs are like me-fully committed with just no more funds I'm prepared to allocate to buying any more shares-there's only so many eggs you can put in 1 basket!
I'm hoping the ASX listing isn't too far away(it would be nice to get an update) as I think that should give us a boost, but we could also do with some news from Cobre re both the KML deal and what they've got going on on the ground. With regard to the ASX listing-how will that work? Will UK MMs have to make shares available to MMs in Australia, will new shares be created or what-I have no idea.
Good morning Hydrogen. Yes, I agree the Australian market was quite pleased with SFR's announcement -it was the UK market with regard to MTR that I was referring to, I think most were expecting the MRE to push MTR on and it didn't happen. I'm intrigued as to the effect of SFR's announcement on Cobre which had really been in the Doldrums and suddenly has shot up 60%+. Perhaps that's where our next boost is going to come from.
Cobre up to 25c from 15c at the start of the month. Is it just hanging on to SFR's coat tails or is there something afoot with Cobre? Good for us anyway.
Thanks for that Doc. Let's hope A4 does develop as you anticipate.
DocM, in September you posted some calcs re the NSR for A4 which in the event weren't matched by the MRE we got from SFR, which the market was not too impressed with. Do you have any views on how the A4 resource might shape up in the light of the MRE? The double digit Cu grades reported with, but not included in, the MRE were spectacular. Do you have any view on how significant these might be for the A4 resource in the future?
