Good morning Hydrogen. Yes, I agree the Australian market was quite pleased with SFR's announcement -it was the UK market with regard to MTR that I was referring to, I think most were expecting the MRE to push MTR on and it didn't happen. I'm intrigued as to the effect of SFR's announcement on Cobre which had really been in the Doldrums and suddenly has shot up 60%+. Perhaps that's where our next boost is going to come from.

Cobre up to 25c from 15c at the start of the month. Is it just hanging on to SFR's coat tails or is there something afoot with Cobre? Good for us anyway.

DocM, in September you posted some calcs re the NSR for A4 which in the event weren't matched by the MRE we got from SFR, which the market was not too impressed with. Do you have any views on how the A4 resource might shape up in the light of the MRE? The double digit Cu grades reported with, but not included in, the MRE were spectacular. Do you have any view on how significant these might be for the A4 resource in the future?

Hello Million. I first bought in in early 2016 as well and have added quite a few times since then, including a few last year. I don't think I'll be exiting all in 1 go-more in stages and will continue to hold some for as long as the future prospects look decent. X3 looks great from here!!

Well, it doesn't matter whose shares they were-they've gone now so won't be sold again tomorrow! I don't know why the company isn't more vocal , but despite my criticisms of them in the past I'm sure there are good times ahead, but further ahead than we all envisaged. I take some comfort from the fact that in the past good news and sp progress has arrived when it was least expected, and with that in mind I'll be doing the same as AP100, at least for the foreseeable future.

I suppose that trade at 14.53.51 was a sell which might help to explain the drop. That you again Fiercey?

Some good discussion emerging today but to me the most significant point is that the talk is about what will/might happen in the future when the problem is how to attract investors now. As has already been mentioned part of the answer might be in publicity and hopefully the IC will help us there. Other than that will it be down to Cobre/KML to come up with something spectacular like 16% copper finds?

The frustration is that much greater because we've come such a long way since I first bought in almost 5 years ago and we're tantalisingly close to getting a decent return on our investment but for some reason it just won't happen. It always seems to be 2 steps forward and 2 steps back. 1 step back would be OK(ish) but it's always bl**dy 2!

Afternoon Fiercey. I hope you're right about the IC article cos as far as I can recall that's about the only thing that's pushed the SP up for lord knows how long. The Bonkers led ramp was probably the one before and that lasted well didn't it. The share buy-back did nothing, the share consolidation did nothing (do they ever?), Cobre, KML, PAM-the list goes on. Now we've had the long awaited MRE for A4 and what's it done? Nothing worth mentioning, with the possible exception of raising SFR's price to where we're only about 15% down (from memory-I might be wrong) on what they were valued at in the MOD/our deal with SFR. So, we're still bumbling along in the 20s, waiting for the next great event/news that's going to be our salvation. Is it any wonder we can't attract enough buyers?

PS I hope the SP hasn't gone through the roof while I've been typing this! No, hang on a minute what am I saying ? I hope it's at least a Quid!!

4 times as many shares bought as sold and we're back to square 1! What's the excuse now?

Lets see what tomorrow brings. I'm still a bit disappointed but I agree that the pull back could be to let that big buy go through, and so we could be in for a better day tomorrow.

Bid back down to 26p on HL. Very disappointing if we can't hang on to today's gains.

I'm here Fiercy-just got in from walking the dog. I saw the SFR announcements last night and also saw that the response on Hot Copper was not particularly enthusiastic about them. However those double digit Cu grades are incredible and I don't understand the reaction on HC. I would have liked a better response from the market here as well but as has already been said that might be because MTR aren't exactly shouting the news from the roof tops. Why is that, they must have known the results earlier enough to get something drafted and released PDQ. I was hoping for at least 30p in quick order this morning but perhaps much of the news was priced in already. I have to admit I'm disappointed at seeing 26/27p at the moment-I would have expected that today even with no news. Never mind it's still early and hopefully when the news is actually broadcast and perhaps we get another article from IC with some good analysis, we'll get a better response.

Anyway on to more important things-did you see we got a win on Saturday ? We're even out of the relegation slots. Can we call a halt to the season now please?

Hello TF1. Yes, we wuz robbed. It's bad enough losing but losing like that is a real sickener. That ref 'd better not get allocated an Albion home game when the fans are allowed back in!
