This is a pure risk v reward stock if you win double or even trebble your money in time plus a15% dividend.

If you lose dividend slashed stock crashes real worst case a share right issue

Because they gone from everything is fine we going to bank 400m just incase to selling assets as no one knows the final out come of the FCA review.

A nightmare possibility the 16b they lent out divided by average loan time by 1000 payout per claim plus interest=an insane amount.

Or claims

1%=160m 2%=320m 3%460m plus slow interest build up to 2021then 8%interest. On total every year

It all sound fairly decent

I have been watching OSB for a while and finally took the plunge today at 366 .

It looks like it Has amazing profits for it size with a high dividend that is well covered with a share buy back with plenty of cash .

Nothing on my check list to be negative about other than I would of preferred a 9%+ dividend entry point. but looking at the rollercoaster SP over 5 years, there is a decent chance of this being above 500 in the next 1 to 5 years.

What I like about JUP if i have done my math correctly.

On the risk it has 800m equity even if you ignore the 510m goodwill rubbish it still leaves near 300m real money in equity on a value of 413m.

So even though it still possible to drop more it is unlikely to go under 300m value which in time it should go up as the dividend is well covered. Even if outflows increase due to top trader fella leaving.

On the rewards side if net flows increase and the markets rally with profits after tax of 100m+to 120m this could easily double the share price.

In my novice opinion the rewards far out weigh the risk at the current price.

As someone point out to me the dividend as i did not check.

Even taking this into account so far it not looking to bad my last buy never went in unless it drops again.

I have had jup on my radar for a while .

cash in bank fairly decent dividend with a small chance in the future of special dividend.

Does not look great still losing money, even excluding the one of charges, and the only reason it is not far worst is due to cost saving of up to 60m.

Maybe the market will like it. It does some strange stuff.

I guess the market liked the results.

What do people think . I am unsure I think it looks more bad/ surviving than good. But against the current SP maybe this is a good set of results..

I think this this was just the lemming effect and miss the boat reaction to a price rise,unless some mysterious news pops out.

Do not forget BOE has made it 100% clear it is all about the inflation inflation no matter what happens to the economy.

On the speculation on some news and the volume ,I do not think any corporate trader would risk any type of inside knowledge trading no matter the profit unless they were desperate due to the fall out from the FCA this is just my view maybe they would..

On a side note why would anyone buy a stock when it up 7 or 8 or even 9% with little to no news is beyond my understanding.

Do I believe it undervalued yes but it just bonkers the way the market reacts.

Gl it could go either way after this rise. I was 50/50 on selling so I thought i try a few trades though I still like this for long term.

So I tried to sell half at 396

It did not like my sell or i got shocking timing I do not think any went through so back to plan a.

Looks like it peaked but saying that I thought this has happened about 5 times today

The risk is already priced In though it may drop more.

The benefit is a possible 300% return with dividends over a few years.

No one will know for at least 6 months.

They looking to bank an extra 400m war chest. While currently sitting on 1.3 to 1.5b reserve.

At the same time an analyst expect around 250m pay out.

Lloy best guess is 15% of there analyst amount.

While analyst back in November have suggested profits and dividends will be flying over next 3 years for CBG.

It looks good to me they building a 400m war chest just in case.

We find out if any new information is realsed tomorrow,

no one is buying for now people are buying for a possible

2 to 3 fold return within a hand full of years and what could be the best paying dividend.

We will find out in 6 months.
