You were too bullish at the top and and are now too bearish at the bottom. I suggest greed got the better of you and when things didn’t pan out as you expected, you lashed out at the management.

Personally I think they’ve done an excellent job diversifying the company with the three additions at minimal cost. Good money management by Louis imo.

We’re coming out of a three year crushing bear market which has hit every stock unfortunately. Can you think of any goldie that has appreciated in the last three years? I can’t.

The last few years the options issuance rns has come ahead of the AGM but not this year so we don’t really know as yet when they’ll be issued, how many and at what price.

I’d expect some news and director purchases alongside the options issuance rns when it is published

I will vote in favour of the resolutions if my broker gets in touch. Let Brad and Louie get this show on the road. We don’t need to change horses at such a critical time. If the share price gets back to normal levels, we will be dinging their praises

Personally I think they’re trying their best and I trust them not to shaft shareholders at a historically low share price with massive dilution. Let’s give them some credit for the Nigeria deal also. Good move.

2024 could be a good year for omi with the diversified portfolio they’ve built over the last two years. Quite a transformation. Kudos to Brad and Louie if it pays off.

Whoever bought omi a few years ago and hadn’t sold yet, you might as well hold on now for a few months. Things can’t get any worse. Gold is on the up and a bit of positivity is returning to the market.

Is gold ready bust through $2000? Not directly relevant to omi but a gold spike could lift the smaller caps as well

Fair comment Seingred. It feels uncomfortable buying when the news is dire but it can pay handsome rewards.....if you're lucky, hence why I rate it as a speculative buy. I think Anza will be sorted by end of Q1 cos at some point next summer/autumn Omi will need to do a raise. Better to do it from 15p or 20p rather than 3p imho.

The sentiment on this board is rock bottom. It can't get any lower to be frank. Whats that old saying from Warren Buffet, "The best time to buy is when there is blood on the streets". Well, there is definitely blood on the street at the moment. I will be making some additions over the next few weeks.

For me, it is a given that the Anza debacle will be sorted sooner or later. Most likely by the end of Q1 in 2024. One could quite easily double or triple their money by buying now and waiting for a short few months.

Not many seem to like the lithium acquisition. I think it’s an excellent addition in a friendly jurisdiction and in a hot market. I know we’re all here for anza but a one project company is risky. Sensible to diversify.

Some have previously speculated that Anza was being geared up to be sold by the bod. However, now that they’re pushing through seemingly quite generous options when the share price is at a historic low would imply the bod are here for the long term.

Jack, had a quick look, the total of old options was 11m and they’re proposing 19m. I can’t see 5m anywhere. Will have another look after work

The price doesn’t seem to want to get back in the 2’s. Was hoping for a top up in that price range. Omi, just could be a speculative long here for first time buyers. Can’t get any worse frankly. Been terrible

IG have restrictions on many small companies for the past year. Used to use spread bets on omi.

Not had time to read the rns in depth but isn’t it $500k in 2 months? Perhaps they’ve ring fenced future exploration expenditure. Recall their admin costs are about $1m a year

Yes, the uncertainty has destroyed the share price. Anza resolution needed asap, hopefully by Jan/feb.

Aim is not for widows of orphans, that much I’ve learned. Got to be prepared for a 3,5 or even a 10 year hold imho.

The sensible thing to do is stick with the present management team. At least until Anza is resolved which shouldn't be too far away. By voting the directors out the share price would collapse to 0.1p and who would replace them? Will they be any better?

We're all frustrated but we got to think with a level head.

Not sure how they could raise with Anza still up in the air? Surely even new investors would want to know what’s going on there. Besides, they’ve said they do not need to raise yet, if we are to believe the management
