All this Brad bashing is counter productive. However, I would be disappointed if they award themselves a ludicrous amount of options at a silly/undetermined price.

The fact of the matter is, AIM stocks, particularly micro caps are manipulated by the lovely MM's. Brad, unfortunately does not have much control over the share price, though, I'm sure they collude when news is on the horizon, then in that case, they will run it up or down.

I agree. Brad is a good ceo, careful,diligent and tight with money lol, but in a good way. I don’t think he will blow the balance sheet on reckless JV’s.

Quite like the tin JV because of the low cash outlay and high percentage ownership. I could live with similar JV’s. He has already said there will be no cash call so I am happy with that.

Give him time. Omi will come good. This is not a traders share unfortunately

Overall, I was impressed with Brad’s webinar today. Plenty of positives:

1) Loryser 10m stock overhang nearing completion
2) no immediate fund raising
3) guimarala permits may be received within weeks
4)new targets pupina and papas are permit ready for drilling
5) other JV’s being pursued. Importantly, they won’t be a cash drain
6) the JV should be rolled over into year 4
7) implied current apta resource is in the region of 2m oz’s
8)targeted drilling of high grade off shoots should show good grades

Time to get behind brad and support him I feel.

Actually, I think the second cash payment from sept 2022 is $500k half yearly (not per quarter). $2m overall.

Expru, the $4m from newmont/agnico from sept 2021 will go towards exploration, not omi’s bottom line.

Also, if the JV proceeds to phase two in sept 2022, omi will be eligible for a further $2m cash payment $500k per quarter)

You’d be happy with dilution at the current share price? You don’t think it will drop back to 13p? I don’t like them odds. Omi dropped 17% on the day the tin JV was announced. Besides, they don’t need money for drilling unlike solg. The money raised would be for JV’s, which may work out or not.

More potential JV’s down the road may also be the reason directors aren’t buying significant amount of shares. They know the dilution is coming.

Bigdownunder, if omi intend to garner more JV’s, a capital raise will happen. To do it now while the share price is weak however would be idiotic and show total disregard for shareholders. I hope brad and Louie aren’t so dumb

I couldn’t stomach another fund raise. Would have preferred a slow appreciation in the share price. MM’s moving it up fast indicates house brokers pushing the company to do another fund raise perhaps? Fat commissions.

One slight negative for me. Is brad raising the possibility of another fund raising down the road?

Bit coin buyer done well to hold off from buying omi. That takes patience and skill. I tend to jump in too quick. Timing is everything. Still, happy to hold and buy if silly prices appear in the next few week's.

What’s that old city description of a mining ceo? A hole in the ground with a liar on top. Last thing we need is irresponsible pumping. Bod’s of mining companies normally do that when there is little of substance.

My view: the fact that omi are not pumping is a positive sign. omi are quietly confidant I think but not yet ready to start promoting the company big time.

I wouldn’t be surprised if an extra rig or two has been added. Omi started from two and went from four to five without an announcement so it’s possible.

Also, the last RNS on the 4th of May details various exploration activities ongoing and expanding across the wider license so more rigs would not be a surprise. Indeed it would be expected.
