I agree Break. The news re the Anza clawback could drop anytime. Heck, they've been signalling it for long enough. 3p should provide a good floor from which to build a position.

I wouldn't be surprised if the share gets back to 4p over the next few trading sessions. Just a hunch. Perhaps director buys or some other news will trigger it.

I feel it is a buy at this price with Orosur poised to get 100% of Anza back. Or am I missing something?

Jack, can I ask, are you a holder? You seem quite negative, rightly so given the share price performance over the last two years.

However, as for me, I’m looking forward and I like what I see. If I held your views i don’t think I’d be a holder until the placing had taken place.

Aim is a gamblers paradise. It attracts the speculators, traders, get-rich-quick merchants, even the charlatans. That’s the nature of the beast. Very few stocks turn out worthy as long term investments.

Bhargav and others will sell or trade on any spike. Nothing wrong with that but I hope to sell before they do lol.

Keep your fingers on the sell/buy trigger guys. This stock is going to be very jumpy as old investors trade in and out.

The longer it holds at 4p, the less the chance it drops back to mid 3’s imo. 4p is still a great price to buy imho

I don’t suspect a leaky ship: that would be criminal to trade on inside information. Rather, I suspect it’s brads bullish belief that they will get 100% of Anza back with no upfront cost: that would be a great result imho.

I can't see anyone investing fresh money here until the legal limbo of their main asset is sorted. So, once it is sorted, hopefully on favourable terms, they can do a raise from appreciably higher levels.

I'd be very disappointed if they raised at 6p having raised at 17p last time. They should be moving forward not backwards.

I was expecting gold to take of in January towards $2,500, but we’re still meandering. Some reckon there might be one final plunge before we’re of to the races. I guess people are holding back.

Break, I can understand your frustration but how do we know that mma won’t just simply hand the project back having reneged on the agreement as you suggest? That’s what omi are angling for. Should be clearer in a month or two.

The price has made a stealth move of 70% from 2p to 3.4p yet sentiment is still negative here. It goes to show how bad the frustration was but sentiment seems to be definitely improving.

I agree. I think Brad and Louie had a long term plan to diversify the company. I think they’ve done a good job over the last two years: added three new projects at minimal cost and managed their finances conservatively during a nasty three year bear market in gold miners. It’s a miracle we weren’t diluted whilst they were adding additional projects. Good job by the management imho.

No institution will invest in a one trick pony. Now they might.

What is the penalty if agnico/newmont walk? Omi have held their side of the bargain.

Good post jings. I’ve also doubled my holdings during the c&m period with a similar average. I agree and think omi will go for project level funding to get anza restarted rather than dilution. That’s the sensible option: get a local partner with good local knowledge and connections.

Then later on, omi can do a raise from a higher price to get their other projects off the ground.
