From people I have spoken to 030, its the big league and one you or I could not normally invest in. It gives CRV far greater credibility than being on AIM. The share consolidation and dollar listing opens up whole new investor markets to CRV. There is even going to be a prospectus..... yes that's right CRV are going on the PR offensive, fancy that ! Very exciting and profitable times ahead.

You may well be right R, those that follow the limits will see that things have moved significantly in our favour today.

Four possibilities to my mind TC - 1 The shares have gone to private clients of SI Capital so under 3% - Possible for some of the placing but I discount this option 2 The purchaser is still buying and so does not have to declare, could even be GEM getting in before the "other" investors Mark is courting...... 3 Despite it being a placing, perhaps its still the buyers responsibility to send the TR1 to CRV and they have not done this yet as it suits them or they are too busy.... perhaps they wish to delay disclosure until the SP is above 1.25 ? 4 CRV do not want this disclosed yet and its suits them as the fine is minsiscule for non compliance with the tear sheet rule and has very rarely been applied as far as I know. Or they are just far too busy and without Spark prodding them nothing will happen. Or they simply couldn't give a toss with all that's going on, which is fair enough, for now.

bozzy_s 16 Jun'16 - 16:53 - 1516 of 1516 1 0 (premium) Fantastic effort by CRV, fundraising at 40% premium to current share price, and looks like probably >100% premium to average price over the past year. There aren't many like this on the market. And when a company doesn't bother announcing the placing premium/discount to share price, it's usually because it's an embarrassing discount!
