As yet CRV do not show on GEMs or SI capital websites. I think the new Director was brought in for his military training in stealth and camouflage techniques TC, clearly useful core skills at Craven.

Evan is now sitting on over £2m of CRV shares....... I can see why he felt it worth swapping his US citizenship for the UKs more friendly capital gains tax. And he hasn't sold a share as yet, worth reflecting on that !

I see Qeton have extended their year end, a coincidence? I don't think we should chase the tear sheet update for now, if it suits Mark not to disclose or this one buyer is still adding, then so be it.

This is where I think Mark has played a blinder. In my view all the money that has been agreed to date will come in at 1.25. If that means the final investments are at a discount to the SP at the time there can be no complaints, even if that ends up being hugely discounted. Any subsequent investors may still get a discount on a placing but it would not be at 1.25 that's for sure. The investors coming on board now need to see CRV well over 1.25 for a return and yet you can still buy at a 26% discount to the placing price as our "500k" buyer has clearly noted. Its a win/win for all who have invested already and those in the process of investing.

I would imagine Mark and SI will be managing this very carefully TC. With the amount of money being invested into CRV 1.25p could very quickly become a deep discount once the market awakens to what's occurring here. As 030 pointed out SI have been a game changer at MTR, a share price that had stagnated for years increased sixfold since their introduction. Worth taking a look at the newsflow they put out, one assumes when they were good and ready, to create the interest and investment in MTR which included an unsolicited approach from a sizeable investor. CRV are still not even showing as a client on SI Capitals website....... yet.

Well according to Bloomberg the shares have been admitted to the market today. With no change in the SP so far that gives CRV a current market cap of £9,476,000.

Companies normally get round this by saying its up to the purchaser to inform them and they cannot RNS until that occurs, but in this case that cannot apply as its a placing to a known purchaser (just not by us yet) I was once told that the update had to be immediate unless the investor had not completed purchasing the amount of shares they intended too. No idea if that's 100% accurate but made sense to me

I see CRVs website has been updated to show the broker as SI Capital so perhaps we will get the holdings update on Monday......? The appointment of SI would have been significant in its own right, but was pretty much lost in the news of the placing.

Good to hear from you Charlie. I see 1.50 as a minimum, I am sure the investors are looking for well in excess of this. I see our 500k buyer is still around, those that have been here a while will know that this used to indicate news was on the way, we shall see.
