Fact is, if you hadn't heard of CRV on Monday, then most likely you still won't have. There has been no press of note at all, even SI Capital have yet to acknowledge CRV as a client on their own website. Its the CRV way and it looks like they wish to continue to stay well off the radar for now. Happy to sit and wait for the next RNS and the holdings update on Monday (hopefully)

Not at all 030, you may well be right, could be an initial investment by GEM. CRV should, that's should, update the holdings list on the 23rd May when the shares are admitted to AIM.

My gut reaction is that this is not GEM today who will delay until the "smaller" investors are on board. Remember the GEM deal is signed already which I am sure has been massively beneficial for Mark when negotiating with the new investors. For fear of repeating myself, 1.25p is their cost of entry to CRV. To invest, in todays case, £3,500,000 in an AIM company, means that 1.25p will have to be a distant memory for them to make money and be able to realise their investment. As I have said many times before, CRV could be life changing for all involved.

Nail on the head there TC. Evan and Mark have not sold a share as yet despite being significantly in profit ie £1m plus. If they are happy to hold, I am happy to hold. I deal with regulators and corporate lawyers in the UK most weeks, putting something like this together with several jurisdictions and legal firms is by no means a short process. Most firms would issue an update, however we know better with CRV..... ;-) Frustrating and boring in equal measure for now, but still the great potential to be life changing for us all.

Net buying of 7860 (£55) shares today has moved us up over 7% currently and still they will not sell you many shares...... Are things getting interesting again?

"The terms of any capital investment are yet to be finalised and will be subject to the clearance of all applicable regulatory approvals both in the UK and overseas jurisdictions. " For anyone that's not dealt with the UK regulators, its far from a quick process, I would envisage that overseas regulators are just as bad of not slower. More than happy to wait patiently.

It crossed my mind that it could be Calum buying but then realised it must be a closed period currently with talks ongoing? In my view that means its either Evan or someone involved with or with links to the current talks. My money is on the latter as its still not been explained to me why, with Evan and Mark confirmed as acting jointly within CRV, they have not been forced to make an offer for the Company?

You cannot buy a single share at 8 Scargs. 825 is the current ask and has been all day. I get the impression they are discouraging buying whilst filling an order for someone with more clout than us......

That's around £32k sold today, as you say Scargs/TC, we would have been on the floor in days gone by. Seems there is demand for CRV shares currently, which is why there are not getting any of mine until we are over 1.25p.

Was indeed good to see Scargs I think TC is watching Bargain Hunt or Loose Women....... There are still 750k at 685, was hoping the buyer would take a third lot.... 66 to sell currently.
