Just my opinion BooBoo
I have been through consolidations on AIM before and like you they were not overly successful. There is no getting away from the fact that there is an attraction to some in holding millions of shares in the hope that one day...... Equally many more investors will not touch AIM at all.
As CRV have said, serious investors shy away from AIM penny stocks and you can see currently how one trade can wildly affect CRVs value. That's what they want to move away from by relisting on a new regulated market and having a share price, by my maths around $12, which is massively more attractive to corporate and professional investors. We should see far greater liquidity, todays limits and SP rise highlights the limits of AIM perfectly to me
Was consolidation the only issue here and we were staying on AIM I would not be overly fussed one way or the other. By changing markets and moving the share price to a "serious" level I am immensely more comfortable.
Basically if GEM, Mark, Evan, recent £3m plus placing investors and the forthcoming "up to $150m" investor feels its the right move for CRV and will give us better liquidity then I am totally relaxed.
Its just a small part of a huge jigsaw.
