We have resources, no doubts about that!
Have huge doubts regarding our BOD, in fact they have been AWOL for past 6 years.

AMC/ODX, similarities, the latter didn't sell a single home test during the pandemic, here at AMC, we're sitting on vast resources, metals super-cycle taking off and our BOD nowhere to be seen, SP languishing and we're all talking about a token £100m bid for the company.

I am not able to giving you advice in this as you are not a client of SP Angel
But:
Lots of companies hold discussions in secret – as sometimes these discussions lead to nothing
Publication of discussions might also lead to the buyer backing away for a variety of reasons
The timing of an RNS depends on many things. Normally an RNS will be made when a deal has been agreed or when information has come into the market by another route

I do not believe Amur is not subject to the UK Takeover Panel code

Morning, are we a company on the radar for a takeover @ £100m ?
I ask, because the SP is fluctuating as we're in a fire sale!

The BOD need to pull their finger out and start earning their salaries, they need to be proactive, communicate accurately and timely (TEO would be great starting update). Having said that, they have form, knowing this shower they'll shut shop and go into communication blackout and will only inform us when they forced into a corner.

I've been scratching my head this afternoon (yes, just the head), and cannot fathom out why there is 100% gap between what the buyer is willing to pay (I'm assuming they are willing) and the current SP, the latter is struggling to get past 4p.

There are many people on here who are more knowledgeable than me, anyone of them able to shed light why the SP is anchored around 3.5p as opposed to 5.5p (minimum) ?

Perhaps RY can shed light via a simple, honest and truthful RNS

Then why the heck release value destroying RNS, doing so has knocked 3rd of the SP

Our market valuation/worth (from resource perspective) is in the TEO, once we get sight of that we'll all be in a position to make informed decisions, until such time, its all guesswork.
