Simply put, in 2015, SP shot to 40p ish, since then we have proved more resources, but also had many dilutions, the latter comes with the territory and I get that. Having said that, the BOD have been in a 7 year slumber, the SP was about 1.7p a week ago, was that your fault? my fault? our fault?

Big fat NO, value destruction and the demise of the SP solely rests with the BOD ...period!

I now hold over 1.2m (free carry) some on there hold well over 3m plus. I did sell 300k in mid 20's, put that money into kitchen extension and remainder into Bidstack.

I'm EUA, average 1.50p, have a decent holding, if and when that plays and pays out, will go into 3-4 PGM's, now is the time and place, supercycle starting to spin and everybody wants piece of the action. Even Musk is on the action, has bid or bought out a Canadian miner.

Sparcticus12, we're both saying the same thing in a round about way :-
I've been around since the .com days, was with iii until 2019, and now here, too long in the tooth to be led by BB experts. Hope I'm wrong, but I smell a rat here, whether that be RY, or the BOD, seen too many BOD's shaft humble private investors, just for example:-

XEL
GKP
BZT
BAO
SXX
FRR
The list is endless, AIM is a graveyard for dead and buried companies, and in most cases the BOD's got away scott free (apart from Todd Kozel, 5 year jail, and that scum from RRL).

I'm comfortable with my average @ 4.5p, even at 7p I will get OK return, but initially invested for much higher.

Either way, I really do hope people make some sort of a profit, and in the worse case, break even and look back at it as learning curve and experience.

My take is somewhat different to yours
SP shouldn't take pumping/ramping to get it to 7p, it should be close to it already, or at least around the 5.5p mark.

In my humble opinion, the SP is struggling to cross the 4p line for the following:-

1. The RNS was forced out of the company, and it doesn't say £100m, it says upto £100m, therefore the market is factoring in risk and un-certainity.

2. The market doesn't believe in the takeover or that it will materialise, therefore the SP is struggling to get past 4p. Geng's theory of the recent accumulators between 1.7p and 2.20p, now sitting on a tidy profit (assuming they haven't sold but will exist at some point before the SP goes back to sub 2p) is also plausible that all this is a pump and dump.

Based on past 6 years performance, the BOD have very little credibility, dilution, dilution, missed deadlines, communication blackout, TEO deadlines missed, constantly kicking the can down the road, based on that, I have no idea what the end goal might look like, neither does the market.

RY is waste of time, so is rest of the BOD, and the market has similar views, else the SP would be closer to 7P
I've been here for 5 years now, average @ 4.5p, was aiming to get at least 20p, that would be good ROI.

To date, apart from their mates and cronies, the BOD have treated the private shareholders with contempt!!

True, but right now, the company is up for grabs for £100m with in-ground resources worth $30b

To be frank, I rather see the company wound up as opposed to the BOD walking off into the sunset with their looted rewards and sweeteners that we humble PI's won't even get a look in

If it looks rotten, smells rotten, then it must be rotten!!

As I messaged earlier, I have again this morning emailed the NOMAD asking for clarity on the following key points

1. Why did it take press release/speculation to force the company to release an RNS?

2. Sale discussions must have been going on in the background for some time, why did the company withhold such price
sensitive information/news?

3. As the nominated broker and advisory, why did you not advise the company to release an RNS earlier?

4. The Times have published an article today relating to the potential takeover, including name of the bidding person/party, why has Amur not communicated this to the wider market via an official RNS?

No response, but I've resent the email to the NOMAD again this morning, going to hound them until they reply!!

This highly usual, the SP should be closer to 7p yet its struggling to break 4p.

Either the MM are holding the SP down and letting mates in, or the market doesn't believe in the sale, I think its combination of both for now, the BOD are not the most imperious!!!

Daily up/down's only affect day traders...and I don't care a jot!
Minute by minute updates is utter waste of time, unless of course people are in it for the 10%

I have emailed SP Angel, asking clarity on the following points-

1. Why did it take a press release/speculation to force the company to release an RNS?

Reminded SP Angel of their role in all this, and furthermore reminded them of freedom of information act.

$30b asset, being valued at £100m, stinks big time. SP is where it is due to the following:-

BOD - rotten and corrupt
MM's - master manipulators
Bashers - constant negativity

How the heck is SP @ 3.5p today, it should be closer to the indicative sale price, just under 7p, either the market does not believe in the potential sale, or MM's allowing mates to get in on the cheap.

Having said that, I recently had some building work done, the builder said he will finish the final bit shortly, he did it 5 days laters, I would have been mighty annoyed if 10 weeks later I was still waiting.
