Being its my bday today, was hoping for a nice 7am RNS.

But, instead, I got a lovely, hand made bday from my two your stepsons, it beat any RNS!!!

I was in GKP for good 7 years, between 2009-2016, it never went from £3 to £13,000
It did go from from sub 10p to approx £4.20 and then all the way down to 1p (post dilution and etc)

CK and the government are responsible for value destruction, period!

Having said that, CK and the BOD have done nothing to halt the destruction, even now, there is total silence whilst the SP slides, the whole saga has been mismanaged by the BOD

The naysayers now saying how right they were, thats just rubbish, even a broken clock is right twice during a 24/hr period.

There is only one reason behind the daily debates (sale or no sale, JV, EUA2 and the recent Divi policy), it all boils down to lack of clarity. To date the BOD have done a sterling job, taking a junior explorer to cusp of Tier-1 status!

However, communication and updates have been ambiguous, resulting in all kind of assumptions, theories, conspiracies, and make believe facts. I can hazard a guess, but thats all it is, otherwise I have no idea or clarity on the following:-

1. What (areas) is being sold
2. Total assets (JORC)
3. Buyer(s)
4. Credible party
5. Recent Divi RNS, does 80% apply to a one off special divi, or for on-going?

As a result, I've made many assumptions (right or wrong), but more importantly its given the MM's, shorters, Naysayers and the 5% traders a free license.

I understand NDA is in place, the BOD cannot provide price sensitise details, therefore the daily debates, games and SP fluctuations will continue until we get the 'BIG' RNS.
