This good news about ratification sounds familiar to me. Unfortunately, ratification in Ghana takes at least a year. That means that ultimately, in 2027, something may or may not happen.

GR admitted that he sends his ore to another location and told us that his ore has achieved excellent results. That's all well and good, but why didn't he ask about the plant and the entire spondumine extraction process used there right away? Perhaps it was a modular plant.
