Snowking, your 1,000 tonnes of 4% spodumene is an excellent idea. PREM could use it to send a clear signal that the company is not just endlessly plundering its shareholders' pockets, but is pursuing a well-thought-out and intelligent strategy to tap into alternative financing options.

To be perfectly honest, however, I doubt that PREM can actually implement this organisationally and strategically. These so-called experts have never had a feel for the market and never will.

Good news: PREM can now sell spodumene quickly and repay its debts. The share price will skyrocket in no time. Good times are ahead for shareholders🤩

Now it's getting interesting :-) I can still remember how the users here and the super-smart Telegram users were arrogant and looked down on Atlantic Lithium. But now we may have reached a turning point, and the arrogance will backfire. Yes, that's how it is with arrogance.

Today's reports here in the forum definitely describe the end of PREM. That is very sad, but it makes a lot of sense. We backed the wrong horse and trusted crooks.

SprintRS, that is absolutely correct. PREM converted the plant into a DIY plant. Years ago, GR proudly boasted that the modular solution would only have delayed the construction of such a plant. Today, we know that with a modular solution, we would be selling spondumene today. It is also true that the costs of developing production after this disaster now exceed PREM's capabilities, and it is also true that the price of spondumene currently has nothing to do with PREM, as nothing can be sold. The main problem is actually the failure of the CEO. Either someone steps in with money, or the furnace is shut down and metal thieves clear the site.

Snowking, you said, "If we can produce"! Who still believes that PREM will meet any deadline? Constant deadline misses and grandiose promises from the former CEO have destroyed confidence in PREM. That's why it will probably be almost impossible to collect the money. If GH manages to do so and meets the April deadline, we should take our hats off to him. PREM has always been a risk and will remain so.

I don't know when a report will be published. At the moment, I only see a continuation as with GR. Always new ideas for the technical process and the associated placements. I don't see an END or a date when the commercial part of this project, which is long overdue, will begin. If new construction activities are reported in November, they will perhaps be completed in May/June 2026. That's how it has been in all the years before. Bleak prospects.

Canmax sees its commitment melting away just as much as we see ours. The spiral of dilution goes on and on. If they say no, it's game over. That leaves only one question: what are they up to?

Jaglith, wonderful, it's bought. When you've finished the book, I'll come by so you can sign it for me. But the title should still have something to do with faith. After all, you need a lot of faith to invest in a crooked project.

Tungsten is currently very much in vogue. Canmax is waiting for PREM to go bankrupt, and will then close the spondumene plant and concentrate fully on tungsten for the time being. GR has only talked about it; the Chinese will do the right thing.

Unfortunately, they had to hire a new manager for cake production who would raise new funds for his salary. Cake is not a solution, just another whipped cream dilution.

What has changed? GR has become GH, and the money always comes from the shareholders' pot, and money is the main issue. Even if the plant runs well with the new investments, the next big challenge is coming. The entire delivery process, including the supply chain and administration, will cost a lot of money again, not to mention the electricity costs currently incurred by a diesel generator, which, according to GR, are to be covered by a solar power system. The list of challenges is long, and enormous costs will still be incurred. It should not be forgotten that PREM is still a technical tinkering shed in its current state.

In my opinion, this will probably not be the last round of financing. Personally, it seems to me that this investment can no longer pay off, and it is questionable whether the company will survive at all. These ongoing funding announcements are stressful, and I think PREM will soon come to an end. Then we can finally draw a line under it. The whole thing looks very much like a delay in insolvency. No, PREM will not do it. PREM has been talking about Tungsten for years, but words alone are not enough to promote it. If they had promoted Tungsten years ago and stopped their activities in the Lithium sector, they would now have a lot of money to realise their gigantic Lithium dreams.
