The simplest solution for this investment is to simply write off the money and focus on other companies in which to invest. Nothing more can be expected from PREM, as the raw material from this mine is not of high quality. There is currently no technology on the market that could remedy this situation. Gordon, I would like to see a clear, comprehensible explanation of exactly how shareholder value is to be created. General statements such as the valuation of Cambay at the time ("around USD 200 million") are of no help to us, as we now know from the valuation of 50%/USD 14 million that these seem to be rather empty words.

In my opinion, the main problem lies in the lack of continuous communication on the part of management, which is not sufficiently based on facts. The few vague statements made by the CEO contribute to many questions remaining unanswered.

One example: What does the actual future of CCS look like and in what specific context, if at all and where? At present, the concept seems to be rather theoretical, almost like a paper tiger.

From the CEO's point of view, SYN is the perfect money machine, a sure-fire success that guarantees him a princely income for years to come. As long as he sticks with CCS and raves about a glorious future, nothing can happen to him.

When the coffers are empty again, the usual game follows: a new placement to keep the company artificially alive and pay the bills and salaries of management.

SYN is like a human fusion reactor: it tirelessly generates energy, but unfortunately not for shareholders, but exclusively for the executive suite. For investors, on the other hand, the sun is slowly but surely setting.

And what has become of the term "shareholder value"? It has long since been removed from the vocabulary, presumably because it simply no longer has a place in the current business model.

If PREM is the priority, there's no need to talk about RHA. That's all wishful thinking now. Perhaps they should have finished RHA first and earned money to finance PREM, the testing facility for eternity.

This company is finished because of years of mismanagement and can no longer be corrected. GH is just trying to save what cannot be saved. The money that would be needed to stabilize PREM would completely exhaust the support provided by shareholders to date. Anyone who still invests here might as well burn their money. Institutional investors have long recognized this and will not put another cent into this company. The question about investors in the last interview completely threw GH off balance, which was a clear sign that no one except the shareholders believes in PREM anymore. GR lied to us when he tried to convince us that investors were lining up to support PREM. The problem is that PREM has repeatedly delayed completion of production through a series of poor decisions and bad investments.

After all these years of empty words and broken promises, there is still no commercial product. This whole project seems to be a huge scam. Anyone who fails to recognize this is lying to themselves.

Snowking used to push hard and truly believe that PREM would be a successful investment. Today, it seems more like he is just trying to salvage some of his investment. The last few years have clearly shown that PREM regardless of who is currently in management is nothing more than a money-burning machine. Anyone who invests now might as well bundle their money and throw it personally into GR's ballmill in Zimbabwe. There's really nothing more to say!

The managers at Glencore and Canmax are smart enough to realize that this project is doomed to failure. Production is supposedly running smoothly, but in reality PREM is not selling any products. So what will happen to the production of this supposedly functioning plant? Every new RNS talks about further changes or so-called expansions.

But when will the commercial phase finally come to the fore? In other words, when will money actually be made to end the ongoing damage to shareholders?

This is exactly what the managers at Canmax and Glencore are watching very closely, and they are clearly unsure whether this project will ever work. The sequence of grandiose announcements and long periods of complete silence has severely damaged the project's reputation.

GR's false promises that investment companies were clamoring to support PREM have only contributed to the company being viewed with skepticism today. If that were the case, one of these investment firms would certainly have stepped in and fully supported this company.

The capital invested in PREM is effectively lost money, and that should be clear to everyone's brain cell by now.

People like Snowking, who fully support PREM, deserve every credit. But even they have realized that it is no longer possible to get rich with PREM. Now it's just a matter of limiting the damage. Only invest in reputable companies. The chance of becoming a millionaire is very slim, but a profit is very likely.

Now that a new CEO has taken the helm, the next surprise is already on the horizon and it will probably not be the last. The quality of the mine is simply not sufficient to meet the ambitious goals of GR and its successor. While new battery technologies are advancing rapidly, PREM is lagging behind in reality: by the time the company realizes that it can only produce low-quality lithium, the opportunity to take a leading market position will long have been missed.

Guys, forget this company. The end is in sight. Write off your money; this consolidation is the organic path to nirvana. The next consolidations will follow, and your money will dissolve into lithium dust. Sad for everyone who has been invested here for a long time. It will be particularly bad for the Telegram group, which has repeatedly placed its trust in this fish and chips company. Invest in real companies and not in this ruthless business.
